As of today I have 181 reviews here, and this may be the single worst place I've stayed.  I booked last minute on Hotel Tonight for a reasonable rate with all fees included.  As Soon as I checked in, they said there was an incremental cleaning fee of $75.  This was listed nowhere. Notice I didn't say, "given my room", I said "checked in", because my room wasn't ready until 3 hours after it was supposed to.  Also, these rooms are old and disgusting. The pool and view are nice, but so it everywhere on Miami Beach, there is no reason to stay here.  Also, there was Rainbow Coalition of fat children from all over the globe with parents that made no attempt to curtail their kids.  I think I should get my money back from here, but I don't ever want anything to do with this place again.  If you are thinking about staying here, DM or me call me 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week and I will talk you out of it.  Sleep on a park bench, you'll be happier.

Do Not Stay Here

Always in Miami we stayed in a hotel, but this experience in Montecarlo was very good, the department of Luxury very well decorated with a complete kitchen and balcony overlooking the sea.The parking lot that is very expensive in Miami has it included in the price and excellent beach service plus there is a 2 block PUBLIX Supermarket and all the services in the Zone and the best of the restaurant NORMAN very good.

A luxury apartment with the tranquility of a hotel department with hotel services.

Pelicanstay confirmed my reservation in Paris on 13-15 December 2017 and blocked the appropriate amount on the credit card. After reaching the destination, I waited for 2 hours calling several times to the Pelicanstay until I was informed that there was no one with the keys to open my rented flat. It was 10 p.m.
Not only that I was left without accommodation at 10p.m. in Paris, moreover instead of unblocking the amount on my credit card, Pelicanstay charged me the whole sum for two nights! !!!!!!!
The refund procedure will last at least 10 days, but Peilcanstay does not include costs related to the exchange rate differences (EURO to Polish ZLOTY) and interest rate on my credit card improperly charged.

Stay away from Pelicanstay!

Booked my trip 3 months in advance.  When arrived, was told that the room checkin was delayed from 3pm to 6pm, eventually was able to check in at 6:30pm.  At 7PM I got an email that my room was only available for 8 of 10 days of my pre-paid 10 day vacation and I have to move out early.  Customer service didn't try to find a different room for me and after spending 6-8 hours on the phone with different customer service reps I was finally told by their "manager" that they'll refund my last 2 nights and that there is nothing they can do and if I don't move out early they'll move all my stuff out forcefully (eventough I was staying with an infant and a toddler).  I called their local service manager that was listed on my initial contract and found out that he no longer works there because he hated Pelican's business practices.  Luckily he referred me to a different booking agency, Dharma, whose representative helped me reserve a different room in the same building for the final 2 nights.   I hope that Pelican Stay will compensate me for all the inconveniences they have caused, but I feel like it will be a very big uphill battle based on my experience with them so far.  IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUIN YOUR VACATION, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM PELICAN STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this company!!!! Total Scam and Horrible Customer Service

Arrived approx 4:20pm. Check-in is 3pm. Waited half an hour to be let into the room. After being shown the room, decided to have a shower and couldn't find any towels. Rang Pelican and they said they would organize some towels. Went back to the room to have a lie down as i waited for the towels, and discovered that the pillow and bed were wet! I phoned them again. Waited over an hour! It was almost 6pm and the building reception closes at 6pm, up until now nothing had been resolved.  At nearly 6pm, the person who showed me into the room turned up and i took him in and showed him the issues. We found the towels wet in the clothes dryer. He said he could change the bed but the mattress was damp, and I required the mattress to also be changed. 
Their slogan says 'where comfort matters' it would have been incredibly uncomfortable to stay in this establishment! On my 5th call to them, I requested a full refund, and six weeks later, I still have not received it!

Complete RIP OFF

We asked for an apt with a beach view and got a view to the big A/C next door. And it was noisy. The place was dirty on arrival. The balcony was full of bird poop. We asked to move and they gave us another room next day. Better view, we could see the beach on the side. Doesn't come with cleaning services, we had to pay extra. It does have washing and dryer machines, at least we could wash the beach towels (provided). The kitchen has little supplies. We had to run the dish washer all the time to reuse plates and silverware. The first room had only ONE glass of wine. No containers to storage food in the fridge. Had to use the pots. Pans and pots and fryers were very old and rusty. Very. The walls were dirty, some furniture was broken, the balcony chairs were indescribable. There is no bar or restaurant at this facility. Not even in the pool or in the beach. Near by there are grocery stores and fast food old places. We had our meals at the apartment. The beach is amazing, just 2 steps from the facility. Free chairs and shades. Also, free iced water. The pool on the 5th floor was perfect.

Not a 5 star apartment building

Montecarlo is incredibly well decorated, its staff, parking service included in the fare, two pillows, access to the beach, you will rest in it! The apartment that we touch, has a side view of the beach that is really beautiful, it was very well decorated, and with almost all the elements necessary to live in it, except for the bed that falls down, and because they put a pad that is a joke!

Out of the six companies that run the building suite in Monte Carlo a Miami Beach avoid all took the Pelican company after a manager not at all up to the height, you arrive at 9:30 in the evening and you discover a dirty apartment, holes in the walls, traces on the walls, half-ripped toilet paper holder and the cherry on the cake no mattress protector, no sheet covering finally a nightmare at the price of $3,600 every 14 days, the next day half a day a refund request for lost and 10 days to make that refund, a shame and in addition to finding a home for 13 nights of grace not to go there.

The building is well-located, you can see that it is new and very well decorated in a modern style, the spacious and complete apartments, impeccable everything, has direct access to the sea, excellent air-conditioned baths, a complete gymnasium, the valet parking works well.
