This place was excellent but the staff was extremely rude and couldn’t even speak English proper I will not ever stay there again not even for a stay over ……… When u own something you need to speak the language and be able to understand your guest

Fairly clean but definitely has issues. Missing curtain panels (in BOTH rooms we had) & street light shown into room all night, water damage, noisy appliances and AC unit. Would definitely hesitate to return.

Mediocre at best

My Mother that’s 73 came with so she could see family and they did accommodate a lower level room which I appreciate. However, it left her to decide a long and steep ramp to climb or  for her, a long way to walk if going the other way. She made it tho. The room was clean and it had the basics covered. The coffee pot needs to be updated to a little keurig or something tho. The freezer in the little mini fridge was covered and completely encased in ice. We found that comical but I’m sure not everyone will! The biggest complaints is the pool was unusable as my son jumped in with my one yr old granddaughter and they immediately got out. He said it was freezing. He don’t even mind a normally colder pool and this was way too cold even for him. So no one got to swim and the pictures advertise a hot tub. They took that out,too. Everyone ended up hanging out back in the room and we had pizza and a nice visit but I think from now on we will just go to Huber Heights or somewhere. It’s closer to some of the family anyway. We’ve just always stayed at this hotel and it was fine but nah, we can find a lil better down the road next time.

Positives and negatives and a nearly frozen pool

I think the A/C in the rooms should be taken care of as it wasn’t working correctly. The pool’s water was also very cold, it would be nice if it can be heated a bit. Other than that everything was great, the staff were very kind, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean! I’d visit again!

It was okay for a short stay only issue was there was no elevator we had to use the stairs other than that it was okay for the amount of days/nights we were staying the breakfast quick and very efficient the vending machines needed to be restocked but 3/5

Overal short stay was okay

I have booked a hotel room here for a couple days due to a family emergency I flew in from Texas. My 18 year old Niece and her service dog came to visit us as we haven’t seen them in months and her grandfather (my father in law) is in ICU and being put in hospice. He refused to let her and her service dog in. Asked her for her registration papers for the dog and harassed her about an ID and paperwork for her. By law businesses are only allowed to ask 2 questions about service animals: is this a service animal for a disability? And what task is it trained to do? I know the laws as my niece has had a service dog due to her epilepsy since she was little. This man on duty upset her so much her dog alerted to a seizure about to happen and I was able to calm her down and avoid the seizure. I am very pi$$ed at this man. I confronted him and he raised his voice at me and waved a paper around claiming it was the law. He refused to tell me his name when I asked for it and said “front desk is all you need to know” this was all he would say. I told him I was going to report him to the ADA and he said he didn’t give a sh** and I said I was reporting him to Wyndham corporate and he shrugged and said he didn’t care. I am very disappointed in this employee and will not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!! Especially for those that have disabilities.

The staff, specifically the manager, was very rude and unhelpful. I asked her if she could show me online where it states that they require a $100 cash deposit, and she flat out refused, despite there being no one in line behind me. They also had the crime channel playing on the TV lobby, and I had a young child with me. It was extremely frustrating waiting in line for an unreasonable length of time while trying to shield my kid from the TV. Completely inconsiderate on their part. 

Rude staff, ridiculous requirement of $100 CASH deposit

I booked this property with some hesitation when I could not get a room on a Saturday near the shopping center.  I was pleasantly surprised!  The staff was friendly and helpful.  The room was very clean and up-to-date with a large HD TV, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of AC outlets in convenient places.  The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.    Indoor pool looked well maintained.   Breakfast included a  sausage-egg-cheese sandwich.   I could not find anything, other than the location, to complain about.

Pleasant Surprise!

Stayed here for a night over the weekend. Good value overall. Rooms could use some updating but overall our stay was nice. Breakfast had some good options. Wish there were more fruits available. Would stay again.

Weekend Stay

Was satisfied in all areas! Room was clean beds were comfortable bathroom needs were satisfactory, average breakfast available, possibly offer cold cereal. Second time we have stayed here and probably will visit again .
