Very clean, comfortable beds. Very calm. People at the front desk were very polite. Deposit was pricey but overall everything was good. Clean room and clean restroom. Very quiet and close to the freeway.

Christmas

A group of friends and I needed three rooms at the last minute on a Friday afternoon.  I called and was able to get them right away.  When we arrived we were immediately checked in and the rooms were very clean.  I was impressed as to how quiet the area was despite the fact it is conveniently located right off the freeway.  We really enjoyed our stay.  The staff was friendly and very helpful.  I will definitely stay here again and I'm sure my friends will as well.  Thank you!

My first stay in this city and last minute reservation!

Dirty, noisy breakfast nonexistent, and poorly attended A REALLY DECADED MOTEL... as if it wasn't enough in the morning they rushed us out of the room, calling and knocking, even though we were even early for check-out.

Don't stop here!

I stayed here for a night in August as a cheap stop while driving down the West Coast. Room was okay but cleanliness wasn't too great, we found a French fry on the chair and hair in the sink. The area didn't feel too safe and there wasn't much near by, but if you're just stopping for a night that's not a huge problem. The biggest issue was the guests in the rooms either side - they were going in and out of each others' rooms constantly until around 4am, banging on the doors each time and sometimes banging loudly on ours too. This wasn't the hotel's fault but it brought down our experience and disturbed our sleep. Would probably find an alternative motel next time.

Alright stop-over for a night

Best beds in the area, but no vending machines. Was located next to the freeway, but left fan running all night to block out the noise.  Stayed during peak times so room was a bit pricy, but the beds were amazing

We stayed here in June 2016. if you are looking for a room with a clean and comfortable bed, a TV, free wifi and a restroom and at a modest price then this is the place for you. the rooms are small. that was not a problem for us. We had business in Salinas for a couple of days and were simply looking for a place to stay a couple of nights. this place fit the bill. the attendants were very helpful, something we appreciated. don't expect room service here as no such frills exist here. you will get value for your dollar and a good nights rest. Exactly what we were looking for.

Due to the high prices of hotels on the West Coast, we decided to go a few miles away and sleep one night in Salinas.....not knowing what was expected of us! Of the hotel itself, I can't say anything bad, since the room was very nice and comfortable, as well as clean. The problem was the area, which we didn't know about.....A mid-rural area, with lots of trucks and lounges.....We arrived almost at 8pm, running to leave our suitcases to eat before everything closed...and oh surprise, on returning, the street was cut and full of police cars, with bullets and guns and red stripes, the people were running around......Unbelievable horror!

We spent one night in this motel and the bottom line is very clear. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn't really clean and the clobrille hung halfway away. The mirror was dirty with indefinable traces and the light on it didn't turn on. Fortunately, the beds were clean & pleasant. At the breakfast (there are cornflakes and actually coffee), unfortunately, the coffee was all over and there was also far and wide to see no human soul that could have been addressed to it. For this price, we had much better motels...

Growing through

For a change of plans, we had to choose this hotel, we paid $180, and the experience was this: We were greeted by a rude Mr. Molested, he simply addressed us, the half-empty hotel was not a result of stress. With the empty hotel he placed us in a room on the top floor without an elevator, and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. In the room there were no towels, no pistes on the mock-up and they were cleaning up leftovers, the bathroom had a deplorable traffic and general experience. To all this, the highway was less than 100 meters away and with the lack of soundproofing, it was like in the backyard passing all sorts of cool, uncool coffee.

Preferably sleeping in the car.

A convenient hotel, if you want to avoid paying for expensive accommodation in coastal areas, this is a good option. Clean and pleasant, the only big disadvantage is that depending on where you're going, you'll hear a lot of road noise.
