This motel is now called Budget Inn. 

We booked through booking.com with no issues. The room was clean, but dated. It did smell a bit musty [age related for sure], but running the air conditioner helped, and the AC worked well. The bed was comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge were a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Wifi worked well. 

If you are looking for a fancy stay, this is not it. If you read the name and expect a budget stay, that is what you get. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.

We did have an incident where another guest smoked in their room [despite clearly marked no smoking signs on each door], the fire alarm went off and the fire department had to attend. The owner/attendant handled it well and was apologetic even though it was not their fault.

Perfectly adequate

Very Clean room, but needs new carpet/floor covering. Basic supplies provided. The bed was a king and very good. Air conditioning worked well. Laundry facility needed a good clean. Reception staff helpful.

Reception staff very helpful

Booked hotel through Travelocity and received confirmation. Upon checking, however, clerk advised me he was not accepting reservations from Travelocity. He was rather adamant and began yelling. He became even more enraged when I asked about morning coffee/Continental Breakfast service. Said he did not offer this at all. Although the hotel boasted WiFi, it did not exist in our room. Only if you stood outdoors could you get a (very weak) signal. Wasn't until we got home and looked into it when we read that the hotel had just been cited for drug and prostitution activity and the town was looking to shut them down. Just Stay Away!!!

One of the Worst Place I Ever Stayed

Had a bad experience here. Wi-Fi was very slow and almost non-existent. Don't have breakfast anymore. Air conditioning could not be adjusted. Set at 76 degrees with 85-90 outside. Not aligned with Wyndham Rewards as when I first made reservation. After staying there, I know why.

not so good

Booked relatively late prior to my trip so not a lot of other options available in the area. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Portland. Staff was friendly, the room was dated looking but clean. It's on a main road in South Portland so my room was a bit noisy from cars going by. No continental breakfast as advertised. It serves the purpose though.

Basic

The reception is friendly... the room is correct, with refrigerator and microwave. It's pretty clean... except for the dust under the microwave. Breakfast is limited to the strict minimum and even for that you have to ask for it (for example, orange juice) Not very expensive, but it's just for sleeping one night.

A very good motel for the price and the destination, a comfortable bed, a little bit of a neat bathroom and a basic breakfast, but everything is perfectly acceptable for a stage.

Correct

The room was very clean, the bed is comfortable but bring your pillows free wi-fi is fine but forget about free lunch, donuts and ugly coffee.

For one night

The pictures are not up to date because these are still clean and recent but it's still a motel so its smell is not bad my not good not very habitable.Lunch these dunkin donuts donuts but good big deals for the price you pay you shouldn't have to wait for lunch.But frankly good for a courthouse stay.

Good for the price

Luckily we hadn't read the other reviews, otherwise we would never have stopped at this motel. The room we slept in was large, clean and freshly repainted. The bathroom sanitary was also recent. Yes, the sheets are thin and there is a bad smell. But for less than $70, it's easily overcome.
