The motel is trying to improve, but be prepared to pay a additional 30$ deposit when you go to check in. You'll get that back but I've never heard of having to pay a deposit at a hotel so be prepared!

Nice place to stay very clean room the house keeper's are awesome at there jobs very friendly people at the front desk for check in very clean environment I would recommend to my family and friends anytime

We stayed at Rodeway Inn on Nov. 5, 2022.  I wish I had read these other reviews before I booked in advance.

Cracked microwave.  Fridge freezer with 6" of ice.  Baseboard off the wall with rusty nail sticking out.  Tissues in holes in the walls.  We stayed anyway.  The next morning, my husband woke me with, "Don't get out of bed, and don't freak out." (Words you never want to hear.)  Roaches all over (we hadn't seen any the night before.)  We left immediately.  

Went to check out ... the employee at the desk seemed unconcerned with our complaints.  Needless to say, we passed on the disgusting-looking "breakfast".

A true Roach Motel

Omg where tf do I start?! This hotel is DISGUSTING!!! When u get there the crackheads and the roaches will be waiting for you. Towels dirty, room stinks, carpet sticky. Roaches on the headboard looking at me like “who tf is you?” I’m thinking about calling the health department to have joe’s apartment shutdown! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

MOTEL FROM HELL

I booked this hotel for my son for one night who was traveling through.  Being almost 19 I wanted to make sure that he would be allowed to check as some hotels have a 21 and over check in age.  I called and the employee that I talked with was very pleasant and assured me that there would be no issues.  So I place the reservation.  When my son arrived the room they gave him had roaches in it.  He sent me a picture of them.  The tub had black spots in it... I assume that was roach deposits...I told him immediately to leave.  they put him in another room that he checked out with the desk clerk and found another roach.  They gladly refunded the reservation and he was on his way... which I was happy that the refund was a quick and painless experience for my son.  The roaches was something that he could have done with out!

Hotel should be shut down!

On May 6th, I stayed at the Roadway Inn in Jackson, TN.  When I arrived, they didn't have my room I booked (I booked via Hotels.com) - they told me the owner “oversold the hoteL”.  They said they "found another room" for me, but the TV didn't work (that was the LEAST of what was wrong with the room).  They put my family and I in room 333.  The room was utter crap - disgusting, dirty, and in poor shape.  That wasn't the worst part.  It was full of rat feces.  In the beds, under counters, on the bathroom floor, EVERYWHERE.  Hotels.com has been unable to get a refund for me from them, even after putting me in a room full of rat crap!  Photos attached of everywhere we found rat feces.  We didn’t even stay the night, we immediately left and went down the road to the Red Roof Inn and stayed there.  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!  

The worst part?  They won’t issue a refund.  They knowingly put my family in a rat feces infested hotel room, and didn’t care.

I stopped in at 2 AM when I saw the 39.95 flashing sign along the interstate.  I was charged $65 + tx.  Went to my room and when I turned the light on to use the bathroom there was a cigaret butt floating in the toilet.  Then I noticed the bathtub floor covered with dozens of dead bugs,  A large brown roach crawled across the the side of the bathtub and a large gray bug crawled along the wall.  there was a metal end to something laying on the carpet outside the bathroom.  The carpet was nasty and matted .  I took pictures and for the only time in my life I immediately asked for my money back.  The clerk asked if I had used anything as if   I would have to pay for what I had used,  I told him I would not dare lay down on that bed and I wouldn't walk on that nasty floor in bare or sock covered feet,  It is the trashiest, nastiest excuse for a motel room I have witnessed in my 67 years of life.  Once he found out I had taken pictures and would be glad to show the chain executives he refunded my money and headed 28 miles east to another which advertises 39.95 and charges that.  The Knights Inn there is run by nice people.

I would give this a 0 if the app allowed.  When we drive up I has serious doubts and my husband wanted to just drive on. We tried to check in but the computers were down.  They then tried to give us a queen when we had reserved a king. We walked up questionable outside stairs to look in the window and see our room was not even made up. Locals later confirmed our suspicions that this place was home to real sketchy activity.

Avoid at any cost!!!

Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance - when we arrived, we found the neighborhood an industrial area with heavy trucks and machinery noisily traveling in front of property.  Upon entering our room, we found it dirty, and in poor repair; there was a fist-sized hole in one wall and the smoke detector was missing(bare wires sticking out of the wall)
       The entry door to the room would not lock securely and appeared to have been pried open at some point. We immediately demanded a refund and sought lodging elsewhere.  

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLKACE!!!!!!

Dangerous, Decrepit and Dirty

This has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. This is a tweaker hotel. The non smoking rooms smelled like an ashtray. They had to put us in a second room because the first was so bad. The second room was just as bad. The smoke detectors were removed from the walls and the wiring for them exposed. Broken plugs, leaking fridge in one room and a frozen solid fridge in the other. Holes burnt into the linens. Torn linens. Holes in the walls from 2" to the size a mans foot. Stained and debris ridden carpets. The "clean" towels had dirty black and prints on them. This place was disgusting. This was  3rd word country kind of lodging.
