Consistently a great overnight spot for us in our 45 foot motorhome. The premium RV sites are worth it with the very level cement pad, patio furniture and porch swing. The park could definitely use a little more gravel but it always feels safe and restful. The camping cabins look inviting too. No frills but a nice respite while on the road!

Great overnight stop!

How did this get to be a KOA?  It is nowhere near how a KOA looks,  feels,  or cleanliness.   When you first pull in,  you are heated by campers in a field that have not been maintained,  one had insulation boards just leaning around the camper.   The pool is just an above ground pool with a very weathered deck around it.   We pull a 40ft 5th wheel,  and site that they put us at was not long enough.   Just paid extra to get long paved site with patio so we could fit.   Some sites, especially one in corner, had 2 trailers on it plus a vehicle and we could barely pass it to get to our site.    People let their dogs walk without leashes.   Don't waste your money.   

Just keep on driving,  don't waste your money on this place.   It's not maintained to KOA standards

Nice little park with easy access to I-35.  We only stayed one night because we were traveling through.  Gravel / dirt pads but good enough.  With COVID I wish they had contactless check in like most parks.
We will stay again.
They have some work to do to clean up some of the long term tenants.  Pretty trashy.

Texas grandkids visit 

Do not come here. The manager (Andrew maybe?) seems very rude and standoffish and does not respect the privacy of his campers. Knocking loudly on every camper door to aggressively inform everyone of the rules today was intimidating and way over the line. If you're looking for a safe, quiet site with respectful management, this isn't it. Spend your money elsewhere. Melinda and Kevin (owners), if you're reading this, you can do better.

DO NOT COME HERE

Pros: Easy check-in and pull-through sites, nice weather. Enjoyed watching the deer in the open fields next to the campground. Trash receptacles close to the site. Will stay again.

We like the location of this park just off I-35 south of Wichita.  Amenities include a playground, pool and dog park.  We didn't use the laundry but all areas looked clean, including the cabins.  Lots are gravel concrete and reasonably level.

Nice Park Near I-35

We had a lovely one night stay in one of the cabins here. The process for late arrivals is easy - just sign your receipt and take your keys. The cabin was perfect for us - two twins in a separate area, a queen bed, table, tv, kitchenette in the main area, and a nice bathroom with shower. It’s also just cute and the outside area was awesome, too - grill, fire pit, rocking chairs! I am a cleanliness freak and the cabin was spotless. If I was going to be picky, the only thing I could note was that the covers on the twin mattresses were ripped...but my kids are used to camping and just threw their sleeping bags on the mattresses anyway so this was not an issue. 
I did want to give a shout out to Molly who I spoke to the morning of our arrival. I explained that I am particularly paranoid about Covid and asked her to open a couple of windows to air the cabin out in case of lingering virus from previous guests. She assured me she would - and I crossed my fingers that it would happen. Sure enough, windows were wide open upon arrival, and the heaters warmed the place up in no time. Thanks for putting my mind at ease, Molly!

Very nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly, has a fenced area for dogs to play,washers and dryers. Had a friend come visit and rented a cabin. The cabins are super clean with patio set up, gas grill and fire pit.

Nice and clean.

Typical clean KOA with the usual train crossing nearby, blowing its horn every hour and very, very  loud interstate traffic noise.  Internet is unusable and I don't mean streaming. It's so slow that normal business use was absymal. See pic and this was the fastest of the 6 or 7 times I tested it.
