We we're just traveling through and found this place. The room was very clean and the bex was very comfortable. We did not use the hot tub. Breakfast was included. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend this place any looking for an economical place to stay.

Great budget friendly place to stay

This is an older hotel, but it is very clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous. It is conveniently located near I-90. There are several restaurants around the corner. We ate at Longhorn's and enjoyed it.

Rodeway Inn Sundance

My family stayed here when we where just passing through  ( long road trip from North Dakota to Denver) and I loved it. The rooms were clean and so cute. And just around the corner is a nice walking trail that goes through the town a bit and it was so pretty. All in all I was impressed

Service was very friendly.  Room was very clean.  However the bed was very bad shape and we woke up to backaches.  The microwave burned our popcorn instead of popping it like should have happened and the refrigerator froze all our fruit and vegetables!  They need to be sure things are working right and represent their advertisements before charging the price they do while trying to renovate the motel.  That answer did not go well when we asked for an adjustment because of the food we lost.

Very disappointed

Sadly the previous owner, who owns two other motels in Sundance had let this one go to pot.  Roadway is trying to improve it, but has a long ways to go.  Very nice lady who runs it.  Bed was okay.  Fairly quiet.

One night in this place, room is spacious, but for the price it could be better, Cmq, I think, the cheapest room in a small town, clean room, a little dated bathroom, for 86 bucks, it should be a little better.

This hotel is a great place to visit, with good quality, simple but spacious rooms, generally clean and with friendly and hospitable staff, and a small swimming pool for refreshment.

Good quality price

I ask for the housekeeping to be done: they tell me it's not possible and they give me another room. And then you'll laugh (I've turned gray mine) the new room is worse than the previous one besides the uncleaned bathroom it smelled like tobacco (in a non-smoking room). We later realized that this hotel, unlike the rest of Sundance's neighborhoods, does not appear in the tourist brochures: it's consistent!!!

The worst hotel ever built.

HORS OF PRICE for this category of hotel. $160 a night! in a motel that would be worth $40 or $50 anywhere in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Nevada or California!... I share my surprise, the host arrogantly replies: Welcome to Sturgis Rally! (a big rally of bikers in the neighboring town of Sturgis) and Welcome to the Black Hills!!!...
