We spent a weekend at the Hotel SantaCristina to visit the Ecoparque with our children and grandchildren.We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.Good facilities and excellent staff care.It would improve the options for breakfast.We dined at the restaurant and I especially recommend the grill.

Very good hotel and excellent restaurant near Ecoparque.

A must-see place to go with family, comfortable rooms with beautiful views of different countryside. Excellent in hotel restaurant, at an affordable price. Swimming pool and very nice surroundings. To improve the quality of breakfast, not bad but very little variety of products. But 100% recommended the hotel.

Place imperdible, recommended

We stayed at the hotel Santa Cristina, a beautiful hotel, excellent care, very comfortable accommodation, requested an extra bed, since they do not have triplets, and we were with our daughter.

Concerning the Bioparque

Located in one of the wings of the Hotel Santa Cristina, a few kilometers from the city of Durazno, it offers a more than interesting gastronomic offer that ranges from the classic Uruguayan grill to dishes of international cuisine in a spacious and pleasant atmosphere with an important presence of wood in its decoration.

This is an excellent restaurant.

It's a nice hotel, but for the price, it doesn't live up to expectations. It has several details that can't be overlooked in a four-star hotel at that price. In terms of room maintenance, there were some details in the room, and other things like the ghost that wasn't good. The water is hot or cold, and the head is old. We enjoyed the pool, even though it was cold. I expected it to be air-conditioned. The attention of the staff was far from ideal. Nothing serious, but it just didn't get the treatment we were expecting. Details like having to go look for the room service menu at the reception, when I didn't like to bring anything 20 meters to the room. To be honest, the lady we were sitting in the dining room with the next morning's breakfast and breakfast was a little bit cheerful.

It did not meet expectations.

The hotel is very nice. We had already been there last year and the experience was very good, but unfortunately, the pandemic has become noticeable. Few people to attend make the service of the restaurant very slow. A single girl to attend the salon, both at breakfast and dinner. Half of what appears on the menu is not available. Breakfast has dropped quite a bit. I understand that by ministerial arrangement you can't offer a buffet, but from there to a tray per person with few options, there's a great distance. You could offer some hot dishes even if it's individual. Some more elaborate than before. Now just bring two slices of toasted bread, butter, mermaid plus biscuits, a little bit of fruit in a bowl accompanied by a cup of coffee and a little light in the rooms.

I stayed at the Hotel in the first few days of June 2020 barely coming out of the semi-quarantine, and despite the inevitable limitations of services, I get an excellent opinion of the Hotel, its facilities and staff, Gonzalo's deference to its owner and Karen's kindness.

Beautiful hotel, located on the route, a few kilometers from the city. Well-maintained facilities, clean and comfortable rooms. Very good rest. The pool is large, but the water is not air-conditioned and when in a very open area, the wind blows and there is something cold. Good breakfast, quite complete, without being excessive. In addition to coffee, tea, chocolate and milk, there are a variety of yures juices. It has a choice of yoghurt (huevos revoleltos y panceta), loaves, fiambres, mermalades, bill, some boiler and a jam cake and very rich cheese. The price is according to the service.

Hello was a super nice experience because there is nothing around the hotel, the rooms are beautiful, at night you can see the stars, the breakfast was excellent, the chef who made the lunches and the super rich dinners that he cooked, the people always very kind, thanks for the desserts.

We stayed for a weekend.The place is very nice and quiet, ideal for a good rest and being in touch with nature.The room is spacious and well maintained.All the staff is excellent.Good breakfast and good restaurant.We recommend it.
