Booked as a stop over between Saigon and border crossing to Cambodia. As soon as we arrived at the bus station we were surrounded by motor bike drivers trying to get us to use them for our border crossing. They did not let up even when we were checking in to the hotel. The room was reasonably clean but sparse and the suggestive artwork on the wall indicated where a lot of the hotels business came from. Interestingly the woman at reception pretended that she did not know of the nearby Oasis Bar where we later arranged for our transport across the border the next morning.

OK for one night

As most travellers are only passing through Ha Tien travelling to and from Cambodia or Phu Quoc, the Kim Co 2 is a very good place to spend 1 or 2 nights.

I stayed one night and I found the room to be comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was very good and the shower pressure was extremely strong and hot.

There is also a lift / elevator.

The Wi Fi worked very well.

I found the staff to be very enthusiastic and helpful.

I would definitely stay again at ths Kim Co 2 Hotel when passing through Ha Tien.

Ideal stopover hotel !

room was clean but very poor sound proof. local tour group checked and talk very loud, knock at each other's door and dragged furniture in rooms. location is good, next to the river with night market along. 4 fresh markets just short walk away

We booked one night, as a stopover between Cambodia and Phu Quoc. And for the price we were pleasantly surprised!

Room was big with a comfy bed. The AC worked brilliantly, even had to turn the temperature up as we were cold! 

The bathroom was clean and the shower had warm water, and was the most powerful I've experienced in 7 months of being away from the UK! 

The wifi was great too, even managed to stream a movie online before falling asleep!

Only downside was to be awoken by staff being extremely loud at 6.30am, however I am an early riser anyway so this didn't bother me :)

If I need to stay here again before moving to HCMC, I'll probably stay here again!

Perfect for one night!

I stayed at this hotel for one night.
First I got a room with water leaking out of a small hole in the bathroom ceiling. I informed the very friendly girl at the reception and she immediately gave me another room.
The room was good and had aircon, a fan, fridge and an oldfashioned tv. Wifi is good in this place.
The only thing I noticed was an odd smell in the room. And no, it wasn't me. :p
However, for 300.000 đ a night I would probably stay here again when I'm in Ha Tien.

Good service, good room only with an odd smell

It's a nice place, nothing more, but the rooms and bathrooms are relatively spacious, some mold on the walls, the hotel needs a little refreshment, but overall, we're well-housed, staff who speak little English and a little casual, very affordable price and hotel well-placed.

Correct for a transit stage

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good location! However, the address on Tripadvisor is wrong, so find the right one first so that you don't spend hours searching around the city.
