We spent two nights at the Des Arts the Noble, and we especially enjoyed the central location, the rooms are clean, nicely furnished, and perfect for a city trip, and the breakfast buffet was fine.

Clean hotel in the centre

I really loved the elegance of this hotel. Its rooms are deliciously furnished, neat and clean, as well as extremely pleasing to the eye. Moreover, a detail not to be overlooked, rooms are very quiet: I slept every night like a child!  Another note of merit goes to the staff: very professional and helpful, smiling and polite. This hotel will be my regular destination every time I'll return to Hanoi!

Elegance and courtesy

My husband and I want to thank the entire hotel staff for a lovely stay in Hotel Des Arts - The Noble. Our first trip to Hanoi has been made more memorable because of the staff's sincere warmth and hospitality. We have nothing but good words about the hotel and most of their service. When we were emailing them prior to our arrival, they always emailed back with very helpful information to our planning. Their Front Desk managers, Miss Binh Giang and Mr. Andy Nguyen, were especially valuable with information on where to go, her recommendation to visit Ha Long Bay, where to buy coffee and eat authentic pho. Miss Giang also arranged for a lovely surprise cake in our room when we came back from our day tour when I mentioned casually that it was my birthday. Thoughtful gestures taken from simple cues like those are what we look forward to for our vacations. The hotel is also located inside Hanoi Old Quarter that we think is the BEST location to be in when you want to be within walking distance to a lot of tourist destinations in the city. We saved up a lot on transportation expenses since we were able to enjoy sight-seeing while walking on almost our entire trip. When it was raining one evening and we wanted to go out, the hotel staff offered for us to borrow one of their umbrellas. Also, the hotel offered breakfast in their package, the best part is that they offer option to have them eaten in their restaurant or served inside our room. Upon checking out of the hotel, Miss Giang made sure to walk us to our car to bid us farewell herself and even offered to take down our car details so they can track us for safety purposes. All in all, it was an excellent stay in Hotel Des Arts and we look forward to coming back soon.

Hotel That Exceeds Expectations

Good hotel, clean room. Very friendly people specially the guy Andy at the reception desk.  The hotel is a moment of rest in the very busy town Hanoi. received good service and happy with the choise of this hotel.

Excellent hotel

This hotel is recommended for a short visit to Ha Noi. It is very conveniently located at the edge of the Old Quarter and a two-minute walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake. 
The rooms are comfortable and clean - try to get the street facing rooms or suites.
The staff, especially the front desk, is extremely helpful, courteous and do their job well.
A special mention to Ms. Binh Giang, who arranged for our airport pick-up and Halong Bay cruise. 
Then there was an added bonus of getting upgraded to their suite room for our first three nights. 
These details mattered as we wanted a relaxed vacation and did not mind paying a little extra for convenience.
There are certain areas of improvement too; especially in their breakfast. The food was decent enough but the menu needs to be changed frequently - it remained the same for all 5 days we stated. The breakfast/restaurant area is also a bit cramped; we were informed that the management is planning to change the layout to tackle the issue.
They also have a well patronized spa offering varied massages. 



A lovely stay

We stayed as a couple after our wedding for two weeks. In this hotel, luxury is the master. Elegant and refined structure. The walls are covered with sumptuous mosaics. Nothing has been left to chance. The environment is cared for in every detail. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished and so are the bathrooms, with designer toiletries. The service is courteous and efficient. Breakfast is superb.

Amazing place

Very excellent location, quiet rooms, even if without investing outside. Very courteous and responsive staff. Breakfast could be a little richer, but more than enough.

Good location.

It's a very comfortable hotel, breakfast is more Anglos than Francos, they make an effort, they speak French at the restaurant, which is very nice, the bed is huge, the back room is very nice, so quiet.

Very comfortable hotel and well located

Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, varied and abundant breakfast and courteous staff. Our stay was short but given the location we were able to take more than a walk in the old quarter and visit the city quietly.

A very good base.

We spent 2 nights in this beautiful, clean hotel where personal care is very much written down. Mrs. Gia gave us many valuable tips on how to behave in taxi trips. Justifiable costs of having to photograph the taxi numbers, etc. When we were actually cheated, she complained to the taxi company concerned. This brought too much billed money to the hotel and the driver had to apologize to us. Furthermore, she advised us extremely well about the possible cruises in Halong, which we would like to book for us too, and she was always available to meet all special requests. We would like to thank her very much in this way. The hotel is also in a very good location in the heart of the old city and has a top price performance.
