I’m on my third night here and all has gone perfect. 

Nothing to complain about, but then I’m got a complainer. 

People will always find something to whine about, it’s incredible. 

If I had to complain about something I’d say the pillows are too tall.  And the Safes need to be secured. 
You can lock your Chet in them but what’s keeping people from carrying off the whole thing? 

Regardless of all that, 5 Stars. 

The housekeepers are a wonderful pair of ladies with good attitudes and good sense of humor .

We stayed here for 5 nights in February 2020.  The location across from the beach and central is perfect.  We had a room on the 17th floor overlooking the beach, again perfect.  The room was a nice size but the bed was quite hard.  Nice to have a fridge, kettle and safe.  The restaurant/bar across the street has loud music until quite late and you definitely hear it.  
    The breakfast is not good at all.  Mainly Asian food which would be OK if it was hot, which it was not.  The quantity of food was also very small.  Coffee was cold as well.  The only western option was eggs and toast.  
     The staff was very friendly and helpful.  
     There is good value here for the great location.

Great Location

The location is at the heart of NhaTrang and the room has a beautiful view of the beach. The staff is good, but sometimes they are not used to entertain individual travelers. Most of the customers there are from guided group tour. Even some of the staff do not know if the bus to the airport started very early morning and passed the hotel, of course then they help to find out by calling the bus operator. The breakfast is good

Very good hotel in Nha Trang

Reception staff did a great job, always happy and helpful. 

Breakfast is 100% Asian with zero Western options. 

The room was really nice and big with a great sea view. The windows were really thin and didn’t stop outside noise at night. Not normally an issue, however the hotel is opposite the nosiest bar in Nha Trang with LOUD music every night. Because of this single reason alone I wouldn’t revisit this particular hotel.

Bad points:

Dirty room, fingerprints on mirrors from previous occupants, dirty drinking glasses, dirty bathroom, fleas on sheets, lizards on walls, met by a man in his underwear on arrival, dirty floors, curtains with burn holes, broken window, broken air con that worked when it felt like it, fan with one speed-slow, broken furniture, tv reception poor, slow dirty lift. 

I know it was a cheap option but a hostel would have been cleaner I'm sure.  I'm afraid I cannot recommend this place at all.  To be honest I highly doubt they care!

Avoid

I lived in a room overlooking the sea. When I settled, my room was occupied, I spent one night in a room below the category. The difference in price was returned without any problems. The rest of the days I lived on the 11th floor, the view, of course, was fancy. WiFi in this room did not catch. The room had two double beds, a TV, a refrigerator. The room itself is rented, but for this price it will go down.

It's the closest to a stopover, where the flight route comes from the airport. A balcony and sea view of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world at a price of $15 a day - this can only be in Vietnam.

That's great!

We went to the hotel by accident and we looked for places in the hotels, we came in, we asked free people, it was the third hotel - for 18 dollars they gave us a three-bedroom. The sea was across the road. People liked that the beach was almost nowhere near the hotel. The hotel was nowhere to be found. but for a few days it would be convenient. Not far away is an amazing cafe where only Fo's soups of all kinds are served, on the tables are green plates, you say what kind of brothel and waitresses bring a plate with a plate, sauces are on the table.

Clean and budgetary

We found this hotel by chance because it was the closest to where the airport shuttle comes in. It's a beautiful location: in the very beginning of the European quarter. The sea across the road, you sleep under the noise of the waves. The staff is welcoming. The price is $20 for a room with a balcony and sea view, but you can easily shop for $17.
