Nothing bad to comment here. The hotel is a little set back from town and the room is a little dated but otherwise I can’t find too much to criticise. Good value especially considering it was far superior to the place we had stayed in H.C.M for the same price. Room and bathroom had all the facilities you could want and were both a good size. Staff were helpful and friendly and importantly everything felt very clean!

Standard 

I arrived at 10pm and the guy working there was sleeping on a cot in the lobby (or was it a living room?). He didn't speak English, but was very nice with a big smile. The room was fine. I didn't like that there were only two poorly-stuffed pillows. The place is about what you'd expect for the price.

Average Guest House

Needs a bit of TLC now I think, the photos are some years ago, however all that said it is good value and the staff are lovely.
Location might be an issue for some, you need to walk about 100m from drop off point as you can't get cars to the hotel. Okay in nice weather but for us it was raining heavily.
Breakfast is simple but more than adequate.
Check out the Brick House bar very nearby, great place for a beer and for a good mel then check out YENS.

Quirky, but ticks most boxes.

Very good hotel very well placed. the boss is genuine and kind and very good advice. super clean room and spacious and quiet. coffee offered in the morning. since I have been traveling to Asia. really a heart attack. do not hesitate if you pass by Nha Trang you will not be disappointed.

The kindness of me

The hotel is located in a quiet place, which is very important in Nha Trang. The owner of the hotel Danny is a charming and pleasant person in communication. He is especially grateful for our excellent vacation!. The atmosphere at the hotel is very friendly, family friendly. All the staff are nice and friendly people. The room is large and clean. There is a large balcony, on it table and chairs. Clean bedding and clean towels. In general everything is very dignified!.

It's a great hotel at a great price!

We've had a family vacation with two children, 14 days, everything is great!!! Cleanliness is perfect, tolerant, everything else is great! The location is good! Everyone is nearby, the staff is very friendly, all requests have been answered very well! If we come to the nursery again, it's only here! The owner is responsive, sociable!! I definitely recommend!!

Very adequate Hotel for budget minded traveler 

I stayed for 4 nights in March 2019
Couldn’t fault this place. So close to all the action but was so quiet at night. 
Special mention to the young girl on reception during the days while I was there, was so helpful, giving directions, got my washing done, organised a scooter, taxi to the airport, basically everything I asked she delivered very efficiently, so thank you.
And the older bloke on at night was always very friendly also, locked the scooter up for me every night to be safe.
Bed was changed every night, no hidden sneaky fees which was nice for a change in SE Asia.
Place was clean and appeared organised.
Would definitely recommend Carpe DM and would have no hesitation staying there again...

Excellent Hotel in Nha Trang

We just finished our third stay at Carpe DM in four years and it remains as nice as ever. A comfortable small hotel run by a charming family. Large rooms with balconies looking out at the mountains. A perfect location in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to Nha Trang’s beautiful beach and wonderful restaurants. We look forward to returning to Carpe DM next year.

A Little Gem!

The Carpe DM Hotel, will offer you, my dear travelers, decent rooms at a budget price. The rooms have everything you need for a couple. The only minus (which was fixed instantly) is only 2 towels in the room. The hotel is located just down the main road, and to get to it you have to walk down the street where you go to the black walks of all the restaurants on the main street, and this I want to tell you, it's not very pleasant. This is the only minus, it's not really related to the hotel.
