Just bad. Its super overprised (we are talking about $70 dollar per night!?) the room was quite big and had 2beds, the toilet is placed very bad in the corner closed to the wall and a pipe is leaking out  water on the floor. So it was always wet on the floor in the bathroom. Ants and geckos in the room and the aircon didn’t work. They fixed a person to fix it tho so that’s good. We had booked for 2 nights, she said that when we checked in that we had to change room the next morning because that room we had was reserved. Ok we thought, maybe it’s to a double bed since we don’t really need two beds to begin with. WRONG, they changed us to the room under which looked EXACTLY the same. Even though it was the “same” room it was a downgrade. Mold in the roof, water leaking from the roof from our old room, mattress was dirty,ants everywhere and the air was humid. We was there for not even 15 minutes when we decided that we cannot live there. So we went to the front desk and explained everything, we want the money back for the last night. No refunds she says. Okay... got her to call the manager and then said they could give us 50% of the price for one night. But we hadn’t even stayed in the room for more than 20 mins. The reason was because she wouldn’t sell the room for that day. So much bull. Asked to talk to the manager but was told that he don’t understand English. Great. By this point we were so angry and disappointed that we just wanted to leave. We took the 50% and left.
So no, don’t take your time and book a room here. Just don’t. But if you want the hustle and disappointment, go for it. (I really hope the Mananger sees this review)

Just don’t bother

It's a really cool guest house because it's cheap and looks really great, and I can also tell you the incredible cleanliness, literally every morning the staff cleans the area.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival we wanted to have a swim but the pool was dirty with green water. When we got back to our room we were even more disappointed to find bugs in the fridge with the overall cleanliness of the room far below par! There was a big leak directly under the sink every time we used it. On top of that the staff weren't friendly barley speaking to us at all during our stay.

Would not recommend 

We were there three days before the Vietnamese New Year. They gave us 1,200,000 dongs for the holidays. There's a swimming pool. There's a candy bar and a balcony in the room.

I'm advising you.

i spent 4 days in this Hotel in Mui Ne, the room is enough for me to stay. But the thing that i dont like is the service is quiet slow, the reception left and i waited for her for an hour to give me back the key of my room and im in pain of standing outside with a lot of mosquitos biting me. One thing is there is no cleaner that cleans the room everyday unlike other hotels that i stayed.

great day but with disappointments

We stayed here for two nights the price is reasonable with a large room however it did have a few lizards in the room with their droppings but once I chased them out they did not return. 
Place has a pool and the aircon works well with good wifi.
Good location for the food court which if you come out the hotel turn left and it's about ten minute walk. Beach is horrible wouldn't bother going there we will be going to Nha Trang beach in a few days instead. 

Large room good price 

Stayed here five nights in February.  Large well furnished room.  Initially was disappointed with some of room cleaning, in particular bathroom, but to be fair, we complained and two ladies came in straight away, and we had no problem after that.  Nice balcony, overlooking pool area.  Good pool, need your own towels.  No meal or drink service.  A couple of nice restaurants nearby.  It's inbetween the main drag and the lovely Mui Ne fishing village which you get to easily using local bus outside.
Beach two mins walk away.  Fairy spring 20 mins walk.
We got local bus fro railway station and dropped off outside.  About a 35 min ride. 
Certainly good value.

Good value, a way from main drag

The pool is good and beautiful and there is also a beach access, only the beach is bitterly ugly. Restaurants are not very close. Everything is full of Russian tourists. Menus, guides, etc. Everything is in Russian. The rooms are not cleaned every day. Towels are muffled. Staff English is very bad and except for one is also not effortless or helpful. The rooms are only superficially clean. Under beds and dust is not cleaned. The TV did not work at us and doors could not be logically closed. There was also no safe, so things were not safe. Hotel value is not recommended further. Mui ne itself is not recommended at all.
