Stayed here for a couple of nights. The room is basic, but good for the price, with both AC and hot water. Excellent location, close to beach, night market, coffee/bars and supermarket. The lady in the reception was amazingly nice and helpfull and spoke very good english. 

Great value

I stayed in Quy Nhon city for a month for only to take rest and to read  books. 

To stay for that quite long period I needed to find a convenient place to go to the supermarket, go to the beach and go to eat. One of my Vietnamese friend who once have traveled this city recommended this hotel. It is 3 minutes to Coop supermarket, 2 minutes to Fahasa book store and 2 minutes to the beach. 

The room was good for its price. Bed, wardrobe, tv, fridge were all ok.

Near to beach, near to supermarket and good price

Basic but very good value family room, with one standard double bed and 2 singles. Helpful staff. Reasonably priced laundry service. Fridge with free bottles of water. WiFi. Breakfast was not included but there were several places to eat nearby, and a large supermarket up the road. 

Decent, basic quadruple room

After reading many good reviews about this hotel, I decided to book Thanh Linh 2. Since I read in some comments that there is kinda noise from the bar, I asked the male receptionist of Thanh Linh 2 about this problem. He answered that you may stay in Thanh Linh 3, it's more peaceful but as same facilities as the Thanh Linh 2. He also informed that VND 250,000/night in the 4th & 5th floor and VND 300,000/night for lower floors (because the hotel doesnt has a lift). Therefore, I made a booking for 2 nights in Thanh Linh 3. I also called the second time to confirm this booking on the same day and called to confirm again in the day I went)
Surprisingly, when I arrived the hotel very soon, I have no booking, no information in Thanh Linh 3. Luckily, there is still an available room for me and I was checked in room in that time as well. In the first morning, I realized that the bar is just next to Thanh Linh 3 (Than Linh 2). What a good consultation from the receptionist! 
When I checked out the room and told the receptionist about payment (for 2 nights). Another man (manager) came and explained about the payment for 2 nights. I understand but he just kept talking. He should know the situation before talking something I knew and told them already. What's more, they charged me VND300,000 at first. I was really surprised since the receptionist (through the phone) informed me VND250,000/night. While I was telling them some complaints, they just "ok, VND500,000 for 2 nights". No any explanation, nothing. 
Morely, there was a cockroach in my room in the first night. 
After all, the hotel is good location, the staff is kinda friendly but somehow I received a lie, a disregard, the hotel dont understand what the good service is.

Thanh Linh 3: good location but Thanh Linh dont understand what the good service in the tourism is!

Walking in to a dark, quiet hotel with an unenthusiastic greeting isn't a good welcome. This hotel seems like they have tried to simply paint over the old without doing any actual work on the place. Windows that didn't close and a huge windstorm caused us to request a room change, which, after some sign language and acting, the staff did for us without any hassle which was nice. They did not want to accept our foreign currency although we booked in foreign currency and then did not give us change after reluctantly taking it.

Good shower was its saving grace

A good address in this small town, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The rooms are clean and quite large. Very nice staff, who can arrange the rental of a scooter or other.

It's a nice, simple, but very comfortable place. It's more suitable for young couples because there's no elevator. It's very close to the city centre and not far from the beach. The meals are very good. We were very well received by a nice staff. The receptionist was charming and smiling. She made sure to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Good quality price ratio in her category.
