Good location between the beach and the jungle = nice escape from the hassle of Saigon. Staff is nice. You can chill in the hotel's restaurant or have a fresh seafood on the beach. There's a free eco-tourism park a few kilometers to the north of the Hotel. 

Pleasant stay

We were in this hotel for one night. Everything was good managed, the rooms were clean with a nice wiev. There is also a restaurant, where you can eat and have lunch or breakfast. The people working here are nice, and a manager still keeps the eye that everything must be fine, and clean. We were satisfied with rooms, nice flowers,threes, food and service too. Especialy the receptionist is very nice and helpfull. Maybe is hearable the horn of the cars, but in Vietnam is it neccessery for driving on streets.

If you want to stay in a quiet Hotel, surrounded by the forest and not too far from the beach.. this place is the best in Ho Coc.
We had excelent time here in family. 
Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious! 
Nothing to complain.
Strongly recommended!

Charming, greeny Hotel in Ho Coc

The room was so dirty, from toilet, fan, bed. Damp bedding, harsh, sand on bed, and black beetle flying around. Toilet so so dirty and did not flushed before. Price around 40$ , it’s not worth in penny!!!

Totally bad

.... but that is not saying much. I did not seem to be expected by the manager although I had booked. Booked a room in the old part but this was ignored. Poor English. Failed to get a smile from any of the staff except the gateman (I.e. this place is badly managed). Lovely gardens.

Probably nowhere better in the area

This hotel is situated in a very quiet area where i am sure it is going to be surrounded by luxury resorts in the future. But luckily that is not the case now. What a charming place this is! A beautiful build wooden restaurant surrounding a tree. Nice garden with pond and charming rooms. The rooms are clean, the food great and most of all a whole lot of peace and quiet. Also the staff is very friendly! The interior of the rooms could maybe use a little touch up, if you like it modern this might not be for you, but for us it was perfect. Just relax,
listen to the Gecko and the birds and find a remote natural beach to chill during the day and it is heaven! 

Very charming

This is a short walk to the beach. The rooms are perfectly adequate. The breakfast is good local offering. The grounds are sylvan. The beach has a LOT of rubbish on it and in some access points you have to pay to walk on the sand (!!!). This is a deterrent but not the hotel's fault. The hot springs are close by road.

more than satisfactory

Ven Ven hotel located at the main street of Hồ Cốc (at the corner of intersection), very easy to realize it. From Grand Ho Tram to here around 2.5 km, Vung Tau is about 50 km way
This design of hotel very friendly with nature (with many mini scene in the yard), next to the hotel is the Bưng Riềng small forest, fresh air. All the equipment in this hotel are grand new (maybe not many people stay at here). Free wifi with fast connect. Friendly staff. Clean, cozy & small room but no HOT WATER during my stay (a little difficult for raining season). Simple breakfast with morning menu: bread sunny eggs, egg noodles, fried noodles, juice or milk coffee ice... however good tasty. No any services (convenience store, entertainment center, drug store...) around 5 km from the hotel except any resort next to hotel or go over the forest (good road) to the main route, that you should have a motobike to go around.

Very silent area (not suitable for young people enjoy the exciting activities). Suitable for who like to think and relaxation

*** For hotels near the forest should be careful if you go to the rainy season because there are many mosquitoes.

1 night at Ven Ven hotel, silent night

We stayed in the building with family rooms downstairs and waken up day and night by the foot steps in the upstairs where all structure was made of wood. The hotel was near to the beach but we had to pay for it. Breakfast was cool, mainly from instant food. Toilet facilities were broken and we could smell of the drainage. However, we had to pay with USD price because we had online booking (of course they converted to VND with exchange rate)!

We stayed at Ven Ven because all the other hotels in the area were fully booked. We did get the last room and were glad of that as we were traveling by motorbike and a major rainstorm started just a we checked in. The room had a funny odor, a bit like mothballs that never went away. The sheet were dirty and were changed when we asked them to do so. The mattress cover was stained, and a pillow was filthy. They brought a new pillow and clean sheets when we asked for them. Children were running and screaming in the hallway and at dinner which made for a very loud and unpleasant time. Dinner was mediocre in terms of taste. Overall, not a great stay.
