Almost half of what you see on the internet pages the wifi works badly or doesn't work in the patio and gym much smaller than what you see in photos.

We used a triple room that was 2 square meters. Very small, all-furnished, small bathroom. Lack of pillows and towels. It is noticeable the lack of maintenance. The best thing is the breakfast they offer in the bar that they also have open to the public. I want to highlight it because it is really excellent... 11/10 points.

Poor housing...

Excellent the cafeteria, no estuve in the hotel but the cafeteria and restaurant are excellent very good quality everything, very clean good location good deal was worth knowing, selling alphajores Italian coffee everything of very first quality.

Make the reservation on the hotel's own page, as it says, I get the confirmation email with the reservation details...I arrive on 04/02 at the hotel and NO RESERVATION!! the payment was in cash at the hotel, the person in charge informs me that there was no availability, we'll be completely out of bounds!! No accommodation!! ONE FAULT!! If your system or web reservation page doesn't work, it's not the guest's problem, they should leave your page anyway..not even reception, you're waiting in the cafeteria for a girl who isn't even the hotel's manager and you'll have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the supposed host to arrive.

NO VAYAN!!!It is a disgrace!!

I made a reservation on 17/11/21 to spend the New Year.On checking the reservation (17/12/21) I was informed that it had not been made.I was contacted by Gabriela, who identified herself as the hotel's manager.I am clear that the payment was in cash at the hotel, so there could be no prior electronic transfers or payments.If I had not called to check, I would have been surprised to find that I had no accommodation. Very irresponsible.

Frustration is the result of frustration.

We stayed only one night and it seemed like a nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We were comfortable. But it is a bit careless. One of the doors of the balcony was out and we had to be careful not to get out and the electrical outlet didn't work. The shower was very small and quite uncomfortable, and we were not given any soap or shampoo. The bag looked very nice, but we couldn't use it because it was raining. The best thing by far is the breakfast: varied, abundant and very rich. They also have some spices worth trying.

Buen hotel 

The first impressions are the photos that I take of our room. Moho on the wall and a scratch of over 1 meter. The wifi never worked, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and although I stayed 2 nights without it, the TV had no remote control, the noise from the fridge bar was so loud that we unleashed it to sleep. But the worst was the soundproofing: the room located in the street with all the noise from vehicles and the permanent noise from the cafe that is adjacent to the hotel.

No voy a volver

We left for the weekend, we booked a four-bedroom for one night and two-bedroom for the next. In the first case when we arrived they had no availability, although we had been told by phone that we had reserved it for four people. Since there was no availability in another accommodation we had to stay in this hotel all four in a double room!! Very uncomfortable, one of the mattresses lying on the floor. The mattress was not completely closed. We were told that the room had a view of the sierra, and it was not so, it was facing the street. Rescato el excelente desayuno (muy), and the room is good. But the situation has many flaws, the hot water is not enough for everyone, it has puertas, etc. For our column, the price was withdrawn, even the arrivals agreed to pay a full fee for the hotel, and we never agreed to pay a full fee for the first room.

 Regular experience.

Pleasant, clean rooms, equipped with electrical outlets, some coffee tableware, ice cream, excellent staff care, a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner, and very rich alfalfa to carry as gifts.

Excellent attention and attention.

The experience at this hotel wasn't good, I usually review Tripadvisor's tips as well as I do my part, in this case and in my country, I make the call to the hotel directly to inform myself and decide, but I NEVER answered the phone, and I did it on several occasions, Primer error, I had to turn to a third party to book, with a dollar quote and when I retired, they charged me with the devalued peso.
