The staff is very kind; the breakfast is good, the spirit is good; the problem lies in the mattress that is totally overcome, I asked for it to be replaced and I was told that they are all like that; in the windows there are bats and their excrement; the mattress is very damaged and dirty.

 Lack of cleaning and defeated mattress.

The staff's location and care are very good. The cleanliness in the rooms is regular. Rather than making the beds and changing the towels, it seems that they do not. I am in a department and the kitchen will not be touched in 5 days. The bedding and kitchen utensils look old and worn out. The bathroom hair dryer is not working. The breakfast is limited. There is a lack of variety of fruit and pastries. The coffee was ugly, tasted like coffee in a bag.

I expected more of the place.

The hotel is well maintained, clean, the staff very friendly. The rooms are small, but considering that one is going to tour are more convenient, to observe is that the padding was a little lost and old would need a change. The optimal breakfast, the medium lunches very rich, the only thing missing is that they bear more fruit in the days when we were (4) there were only oranges. It is very well located, you have everything near restaurants, travel agencies, etc. It has parking with cargo x which is convenient for you to book it in time to secure the place.

The Lindo hotel is a hotel.

The layout of the department, mono-environment for 3 people is comfortable. Enjoyable in its good undisputed location, a sufficient breakfast (very good lunas, ham, cheese, toast, bread, jam, butter, cheese, fruits, cereals, juice). MUCH BETTERED.

It's worth the convenience and attention.

Generally speaking, a hotel is recommended. It is located about two blocks from the beach and in a semi-central area. It has an elevator and a car park for those traveling by car, although the capacity of the latter is somewhat limited so it is convenient to consult in advance to confirm availability. In the car park there is a sign indicating that the hotel is not liable for any damage that the vehicle may suffer while parked there, and this is perhaps the only downside of the establishment, as it is a private space inside the hotel for which the host is paying apart from the room. Likewise during our stay there were no complaints about this. The breakfast is in the continental catering style and consists of something personal (milk, tea or inflatable juices, hot dogs, hot dogs, hot dogs, and hot dogs) and very simple recipes.

A recommended hotel.

On my vacation I stayed at the Patagonia Apart Hotel and I absolutely recommend it because your people are extremely kind, warm and always willing to collaborate, to give you information, to give you a smile and above all....darte hot water for the mate!!! ☺ Daniel and Azucena, the concierge guys are LOT MORE! The hotel is very well located, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Just a comment as a snack (because I have no complaints!!): add some fruit to the breakfast. The rest...I was very grateful and with the promise of returning!! If they are looking for a well-located hotel (a 2 blocks from the beach), convenient, with a good price and a breakfast with rich and medium toasts, DUDEN and LOBEN toasts, DUDEN and LOBEN!!

Heat and comfort!

Excellent complex, with all amenities, spacious and close to the center, of the best in Esquel. Very attentive to one of its owners named Oscar, even to the smallest detail. We had to return a few days earlier due to illness of a relative and this gentleman returned the money for the remaining days.

Hermosa Cabaña is the name of the Spanish word for cabana.

Pros: it's well located. Good breakfast. good bed for rest, good treatment by staff. On the contrary: from 22 to 6 there's no one to take care of anything. Close everything (including the driveway). The driveway is not included in the price and charge separately.

We stayed in an apartment with 3 rooms for 6 people. It is in an excellent location. We were given a room with balcony overlooking the sea. The cleaning is good but not deep. It has very small maintenance details that are not worth mentioning. Maybe I would add more things to it in the kitchen (bifera, a pizza). The reception is excellent. The three receptionists who touched us during the 6 days we were all friendly and always willing to help. One detail to keep in mind for the one who goes by car, from 22 to 6 a.m. the driveway is closed as there is no reception. But being close to the center if you need to get out, you organize to go on foot.

Good care

It's a small, comfortable apartment.We were in a three-room apartment.Always heated.clean.and lacking the courtesy of sugar-coated teas that have many separate services.as they don't offer you breakfast.the attention of normal staff.
