We went to spend the new year at that hotel with my husband and my 5-month-old dog, who had asked if they would accept pets and if they would.The truth is that I was quite concerned about the behavior of my dog and the truth is that since we arrived until we left, we stayed 10 days, only receiving understanding, kindness and goodwill!!Everyone, TODAS, owners, employees, a wonderful crowd of people.Everything, absolutely everything, was fine.The hotel is clean, tidy, well-located, well-located, rooms no xl, but they are normal, no fridge bar, but you have a fridge in the desks that you can leave whatever you want, besides we could buy food outside in the hotel, eat in the bathroom or in the bathroom.

Very good general condition, very good location, very good carriage house, very nice park, a small swimming pool, but, without a doubt, the best of all, the warmth of the people, we feel very comfortable, we are geniuses!!!!

My husband and I stayed here for one night.  The owners are very friendly and most helpful.  In England, we would describe this establishment as a B&B, and not a hotel.  The furnishings in our room reminded me of the spare bedroom in one's grandmother's house...  The mattresses were rather uncomfortable, and there is no mattress protector, so the sheets kept slipping, leaving one sleeping on the bare mattress.  There is no air conditioning, and the ceiling fans weren't sufficiently effective to prevent a hot, restless night's sleep. The beach is an easy 5 minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants also within easy walking distance.

My family and I have enjoyed a few days in Villa Gesell, and we found this hotel.We have had an excellent experience, especially with the attention to the guests.The breakfast is very good, the location is excellent, and the price is adequate.

Excellent family hotel, incredible care, highly recommended.

My husband and I had only one night to spend with us. we arrived with a storm that took me half a Gesell, clocked trees, flew roofs and cut the light for that reason, there was no light from the moment we entered until we left the next day, obviously not from the hotel but I explain this because we agreed! because despite the painful episode, we were given an emergency light for the room... we entered in the afternoon, we had a family engagement that night so we went back to bed at 6am... in all the hotels usually you are charged the average stay when you don't leave at 10am and the owner was very guilty, leaving us to sleep a few more days and giving each of us a break even though we missed the schedule.

We remain in conformity!

Our pet was treated well, comfortable accommodations and good care, a very good location in the center and a very good idea to have a liquados place next to the pool, the only bad thing was that it was a bit warm but at the same time a very good stay.

An excellent hotel with the best care from both the owner and all the caregivers is super friendly; if they can carry pets and can walk freely, they like the animals! The room has no air but no ventilators and no freezer in the room but there is a freezer for the use of guests.

Very nice hotel, good care and willingness by the staff.The breakfast is complete the rooms are comfortable and fresh. it has a very good location 3 blocks from the beach and above the main one. we will definitely return.
