This is a building in need of some TLC. Cladding falling off the walls, filthy window casements, badly in need of interior decoration and carpeting.
There are something like twenty five flats here in what before conversion, must have been a splendid residence.
The small amount of grounds are now well kept with groundsmen that seem to know what they are doing and the grounds are starting to look cared for.
Having lived here for eighteen months I had expected to see some improvement but not so
This is a private housing complex that I have been trying for over a year to get google maps to recognise, to no avail. THIS IS NOT MANOR COURT.

Private Appartments

Stayed 1 night in a room inside the converted house. Room was very clean, however, very tiny with no hanging space. Well appointed and well stocked communal kitchen.

Accommodation is located across the road from a private hospital and about a 15 minute stroll to the CBD.

A good choice for a night or two stop-over.

Cheap but compact

There is the main house separated into multiple private rooms with a common lounge kitchen and patio. There is also a private two bedroom lodge at the rear where we stayed which is fully self contained. a lovely clean and well kept property.

Very Clean & Private

My family and I stayed here recently and really enjoyed what we got for the price we paid for the villa. At $140 what more can you ask for. A basic breakfast,  2 bedrooms, washing machine and good sized space over all. 

The only little down fall was the lounges. They are the one thing that I think lets this down. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay thank you.

The villa is great for its small price

After reading some reviews, we thought the 2-bedroom villa would be the best room here. We are lucky to get it for two nights during the Easter weekend.

First of all, it's convenient to park the car right beside the villa.

As expected, everything is a little old and the breakfast is really basic. So we bought some grocery and made use of the not-so-nice full kitchen.

There is laundry, but we found it strange without a drier.

The living room is very large in comparison to the small bedrooms and washroom. But we do get some sunshine in the morning. One of the bedroom does not have air-con, but it is not so hot if you keep the door open.

For $140 per night, we can not complain much, except that the bedding sheet is not so clean. This and the slow and disconnecting internet wifi are the only issues I really think it needs improvement for this price.

We had the villa

It's a house with 4 apartments so the atmosphere is very quiet. It has a common area with washing machine and dryer, refrigerator and kitchen all perfectly clean, well kept and bright... but when I walked into the room I asked myself who could ever design a place like this... The corridors are very bright and the common area too, but the 4 rooms are indoors so they are completely dark, without even a window!! There is a terrible oblo on the ceiling, which can't be closed so at 4 in the morning there starts to come a dim light like a cemetery that seems to be buried underground, something terrible!!!! thankfully we were only one night. personally I would never go back.

As warm as a cemetery

We were in Bundaberg on Christmas Day. That explains why we never met the owner. But we didn't think it was so hospitable. Our room with a king-size bed was pretty big and clean. This room was the only one with an outdoor window. All the other rooms didn't actually have proper windows, only so the milk glasses were going in the direction of the hall and the lighting in the roof. Toast, eggs and the usual breakfast ingredients were available, but we cooked ourselves. Breakfast flour and jam were a little shallow. We had to handle it householdly. The kitchen and grill can be used for pleasure and leisure.
