We found the location to be central to all our tourist activities. The self contained unit had all of the required equipment. We found the unit to be clean, tidy and comfortable. There was plenty of car paring on site with in close proximity to the unit. If required there was a clean and fully equiped BBQ area also.

Autumn 2023 trip

Fantastic accommodation.  Two bedroom two bathroom with microwave and hotplate.  Ample cutlery and crockery. All very clean.  Excellent laundry.   Swimming pool enclosed. Walking distance of shops.  Linen excellent.  Great value for money

Tennis tournament in swan hill accommodation

Because this is a small motel, you don't feel overwhelmed by people. Our one bedroom apt had everything we needed. The pool area was great and the laundry very useful. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Great accommodation

We stayed here during our trip to Swan Hill and had a nice time.

The pool is big enough to be enjoyed a by afew families at once,  centrally located and enough seating space outside of it.

The rooms were tidy and had what you needed,  and even some of the fittings were slightly dated, they all worked well and for the price you really can't complain.

The care takers were friendly and quick to provide extra supplies as required.

The location was great as it was a ni lce easy walk to the main street and food options as well.

Check in and out process was easy (remotely via a phone on the wall).

It is self contained as the name suggests,
Our room had 1 double bed, 2 singles and a comfy sofa bed that could fit 2.

We were happ with this accommodation. 

A pleasant stay

We needed somewhere close to the train station and walking distance to restaurants. This place was perfect. We arrived earlier than expected but our room was ready so we could dump our bags and find lunch.
It’s a contactless checkin, the only real downside was that when we arrived nobody answered, luckily a lovely man watering the lawn who clearly belonged there, went to get the paperwork and after checking it, got our key.
The grounds are great, lots of grassy room to run around if you if children, the pool looked beautiful if it had been hotter I might have jumped in.
The room was really big, with a separate bedroom, bathroom and lounge room area.
It was really quiet and very relaxing, if I’m ever back in Swan Hill I will definitely book here again 

Well maintained, very comfortable 

If you like mold, dated and dirty accommodation plus bugs and spiders this is the place for you. 

The place had unpleasant ordour. 

As an added bonus, there were several families still drinking and being quite loud outside our room past 11:30 pm along wtih about 12 children aged 3 to 12 ish screaming, laughing, throwing balls and splashing in the ball. 

A bit of fun is fine but not when it is time to sleep. Management's response was lack lustre and dismissive even when we explained that we had booked the accommodation for the purposes of ensuring that the children with us had a good sleep before a sporting event the next day. 

There is no match between the photos online and the real experience

Very very ordinary

You won't see another human being at check in as it's done using a wall 'phone and key pad which even a technophobe like myself had no difficulty in using. The room was large and clean although I found the exposed dark brick (a common feature of motels in this part of the world) to be less than uplifting. Tea and coffee are provided upon arrival but you have to use your own thereafter. The pool was large enough and there are plenty of towels to go round. There's a pleasant view of the jacaranda tree which was in full bloom throughout our stay.

Aptly named

We had family unit and it was lovely to be welcomed by a unit already air conditioned after a long drive. The pool and bbq area simply relaxing. Whilst units are dated they are extremely clean and tidy. Actually quiet considering close to town. Easy to go for a walk down to the Murray and walk along the park area. 

Great overnight stay

Beautiful clean, neat accommodation, they were great little rooms, heaters worked well, showers too. Close to everything we wanted. The only whinge is, I thought the beds were to firm.  I struggled to sleep well. But over all great place. 

Badminton 

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit that would have had a recentish upgrade.  $135 a night

Outside area and pool lovely - would be popular in warmer months.

Shower is great and good size - I liked the shower door that pivots in center.  Bed is comfy. Kitchen area is clean and also good size.

I hope they replace the old box wall airconditioners with new models soon. The one in our room is too loud and blows a gale. Doesnt seem to matter what setting it is at. I can see why the vent is angled the way it is.  Went and bought fan heater to use instead.

Also lighting - would be good to have the fluro tube on a separate switch to the kitchen area. The fluoro tube reflects in the tv and you need to either turn the lights off (too dark for other activities) or put up with it being very bright while watching tv. 

The info folder is full of info - nearly missed seeing bit about putting our rubbish in outside bin when leaving. 

Check in was great, different, impressive!

So all I'd suggest is new modern (quieter) airconditioer and putting two living area lights on separate switches (kitchen one with dimmer).
