The accommodation was very nice, always a relaxed atmosphere, someone was always available for guests, Tizia and her crew were always on hand. The swimming pool, the roof terrace, yoga sessions and the opportunity to eat on site are also great. The rooms are large enough, clean and can be cleaned again if necessary. As a family, we were young and old, which suited everyone, even though there are mainly people under 30 there.

And unfortunately the prices of the day tours. Far too high. We would have been better off taking a taxi, the drivers would have waited on site and driven us back. Would have saved us a lot of money.

We had booked a night in these establishments and we had specified that our train arrived at Bregenz at 20: 40 we had settled the sum the owner made no effort to open us after 20: 00 and then refused to book the cancellation of the 89 € INCAISSE what do you think this kind of behavior is called

The bathroom and shower in the description are located in the 2nd floor of the apartment for shared use with other guests. Disastrous hygienic conditions (see photos: hair in the shower, no storage space for our own cosmetics, etc.). The living room car and staircase house smell badly fashionable. Purportedly, the Wi-Fi does not work in the area of the living room. And the whole thing should cost 129 €/night. We did not get this... because we were afraid to get something and luckily we found another decent hotel room!

Unreasonable Conditions

The room was nice enough and clean. We had our own bathroom and a small kitchenette.
As other reviewers said, it is not quiet, because next to a busy road, but that was not really a problem.
It was very strange that there was no staff at all, just a list with who was in which room. I cannot say anything about the staff since, we never saw anybody.
The place is close enough to the Festspielhaus, the lake and the center.
All in all it was fine for one night but I would not have liked to stay there for any lengthe of time.

After our visit we stayed at the Bregenzer festivals in Villa Viva. The rooms were small but useful and clean. The beds were equipped with good mattresses. A small kitchen and bathroom we shared with another double room. The hotel is on the street, but with the earrings provided we slept well. For us it was completely fine.

Bregenz Festivals

Extremely unfriendly staff! Besides, it's very noisy through the adjacent street, the room doors are also very thin and so everything in the house can be heard. The front door is always open and there is no reception, so everyone can enter. Furthermore, there is a smell of smoke everywhere. I strongly advise against booking!!

Don't book!

We booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking room. Complaints were only made by phone because no one was physically present. When we asked for repairs, we were brutally insulted and threatened with the lawyer! I'm advising you to leave there. Even the equipment of the villa leaves much to be desired. We left the hotel, Booking.com was unfortunately not helped. We didn't get any money back. We're still alive. After the phone call with the lady and the gentleman later we were afraid because they insulted us like that.

A photo on the website is fake. It is suggested that the house stands on the edge of a green alley. In reality there is a noisy main street running there day and night! Our underground room (former washing room or storage room) was to be walked straight from the yard, door open and you fall into a bed that is too narrow for 2 people (on the website it is claimed that the double bed is 1.50m wide, but it is only 1.30m!). Much worse gully smell is overflowed with disgusting scent sticks.

We warn everyone not to book this property!

-Room directly on the street -Very loud, both on the street and inside the house -Very little cutlery / plates (no toaster, no bowls) -The heat is rapidly staggering -In the shower the water comes out in many places but less at the shower head -Dush curtain, it's always bad -It takes 10 minutes to walk to a supermarket and 20 minutes to a restaurant -Fat-tipped pans -We have as a couple a room with two single beds (for some this is probably getting a positive aspect) -The price for this performance is still my positive impression -The tea works -No difficulty in getting there
