How the goat comes to its stars I cannot understand. Seer is displaced, everything very unpleasant and above all dirty. The rooms are large but very bright. Breakfast under every criticism. Only the gaze through the dim windows allows a point.

This hotel is extremely dirty and unbelievably horny. The whole hotel smells like para (pesticides) so you're definitely trying to kill insects and dilute the smell of mold. When I wanted to go to my room at night to sleep, I had to vent two hours before, because such a lot of whatever was sprayed would burn my neck! Shower and bath overall with massive mold damage, all the tiles in the bathroom with a patina covered, due to lack of hygiene. I can't even understand the Austrian offices that this hotel is letting guests!!!

It is dangerous to health!!!

We got there after 8:00 p.m., but we found a parking space, even across the road. The hotel had a lot of rooms, and we realized that for the early Asian tourists who woke up, they were calling loudly at their penates starting at 6:00 a.m. The view of the lake was gorgeous and you could even swim in it, but we didn't have time for that. We didn't have curtains in the room, but they were on the floor... so here. Everything else is fine! and clean and comfortable.

The hotel is a dirt hole of the most disgusting kind. You think it'll go away for a night, but it doesn't. It's not for the health police, it's for the crime police. That, or the rooms I've seen (I've changed the room four times) were dirty, it stank, all full of spiders, but not the little ones, but real monsters, like from a horror movie.

Very disappointed.  I spent one night only, the bathroom was dirty, no air condition, no refrigerator in room, mosquitoes and insects in the room. A very beautiful view on the lake side for who's lucky to catch a room, I was not so lucky.

Review

We spent two nights in this hotel over the weekend, and all I can say is that it was beyond my expectations. The rooms are clean, breakfast was very good ( I have read all the bad comments on it, and they were nowhere near the truth ), and the view of the lake is just breath taking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for budget accommodation in Vienna, it has good connection to the city center (Baden train, at the fair of 4.1 eur in one direction), it has SCS mall very close. All together, you will not regret!

For the price paid, this is awesome hotel

I'm sorry, but it's not working - OK the hotel is occupied, the prices are according to OK, the location has to be decided by everyone, but with a view of the lake absolutely OK... The gentleman at the reception is security and bartender at the same time, also OK, sells drinks from the Billa/Merkur tray for 2 EUR and earns some money for it (?!) without a bill, breakfast, I left out security helmets... The rooms are just old and occupied, bathroom and toilet at least clean - but the bedroom/living room... no words... everywhere spider web, dirt. dirty - that just doesn't work and can be avoided quite easily if the cleaning is looked at a little bit and looked at a bit - and the room can be checked with unfortunately... Somebody would be a little short of a fault, sleeping there, even without getting sick or sick, but it would be very nice and very casual...

I was really nervous about going to this hotel after reading many bad comments. But it turned out to be a good hotel with clean rooms and nice breakfast. It is far from the city, but for this money we couldn't expect more. The advantage of this location is that it is situated by the lake, and spending afternoon there is really pleasant

surprisingly good

I spent only one night in this hotel and never returned. I arrived and was immediately greeted by an unfriendly staff in jogging pants and lab shorts. The room was a pure disaster: the shower cabin was broken, no toilet paper, the floor was crushed, the lamp was half down, etc. Then I complained about the room, whereupon the staff threw me the key to a new room, right over the counter. Then I couldn't sleep half the night because it felt like 30 degrees in the next room.

Once and never again!

For the price, this hotel iz amazing!
The room is spacious, the closet is big enough. The bathroom is also great. Everything is so clean. 
Before I stayed there i read some reviews and I don't understand why people said it was dirty and loud. It wasn't like that at all! And the lake is beautiful.
