Overall, it's a pretty nice hotel. The three pools are very large, but the outdoor pool has an insanely high temperature of 39 degrees, which is no longer cooling in the summer. Unfortunately, there was a spider hidden in my soup at the wellness bistro. Fortunately, I discovered it in time, the staff was informed, but the answer was very disappointing.

When you arrive, you will be greeted with a friendly reception to a stunningly extensive and delicious breakfast to finally land in the generous and very quiet spa area! This offers everything you can wish for, including guided sauna walks and a very cozy restroom. Carefully cared for by the staff, you do not ask yourself if, but only when you want to return!

Pure relaxation in the midst of nature

A very nice, clean, generously furnished hotel. Unfortunately, the staff is not very competent and is invisible outside the meals. In the lobby we only got coffee on demand at the reception on the first day, on Sunday morning we could not order within 2 hours. The rooms are tastefully furnished, but rather narrow. The indoor pool was cold, the wellness area was unfortunately only accessible to FKK. This was unfortunately anything but good, especially from the Schauko. Hardly a glass of wine was offered, unfortunately, for the second we didn't drink a bottle.

Expectations too high

Ten years ago we visited the Green Au for the first time. With much love, the owners have now expanded the house. The rooms are friendly and lovingly designed, the beds are wonderful, eating is a dream and leaves no wish open. The wellness area is a small paradise in which to enjoy pure relaxation. We love the family atmosphere, the friendly staff, the nice conversations and the environment at any time of the year. At least once a year we look for a vacation in this wonderful house and look forward to the next time. Whoever likes peace, relaxation, nature, romance, beauty, good food and drinking is very well taken care of in this house.

Relaxation for all the senses

years ago, I gave a top rating on this platform for this business. Unfortunately, during the Corona era, things have changed for the worse in this hotel and restaurant. Yes, the building itself has stayed the same. Unfortunately, that's not enough. Because the food was much better before and the once-large selection at the buffet has apparently fallen victim to the savings pen. As you can see in other reviews, the boss and his son are not in any way critical. This is also easily recognizable by some of their responses to critical opinions on this platform.

It was a very bad experience.

My wife and I have already been to the hotel for the third time and we are thrilled! Real family business with floor-mounted steering wheels! Rooms, food, cleanliness, wellness, pool and sauna - massage, and much more!

Vacation with friends in a quiet location - really relaxing!!!

We had booked a day's wellness in a short time. The breakfast buffet was already a dream - ham, salmon, cheese, various egg dishes fresh, lots of sweets, a glass of prosecco, etc. - what the heart wants even more. From the sauna area, here too, no mass rush, no screaming children, room to chill. Several saunas, plus a nice outdoor area with a natural pool or whaling pool. In addition, the super large outdoor pool - world-class indoor pool.

Dreamy Wellness Day

The hotel is well maintained and well-designed, and the chefs are very responsive to the individual guests' wishes (including food) and the quality of the meat is excellent.

Very relaxing in the green au!

My colleagues were staying at the hotel for a seminar. The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff are very friendly and the food is fantastic. Also, the seminar room was always filled with drinks. The spa area with its cleanliness and ambiance invites you to relax after a busy day.

We spent our wedding day here. In the evening there was a buffet, which was a little too much for me personally, because it is very close to the stations or the open kitchen. The tables in the restaurant are close together and it is more of a piecework because all the guests are in a single room. Much nicer and more relaxed was the candlelight dinner, which was included in our package and in the restaurant area. But we were in the restaurant area and enjoyed a great quality of service, but of course, the pool is very spacious and spacious, and we enjoyed a great deal of relaxation and relaxation in the pool area.
