Good location near the center of town. 5 minutes. In a shopping and leisure area with food and hostelry at the same door. Nice neighborhood and views. Small but comfortable apartment and enough for a short stay of up to four people. Good organization, and attentive staff. Small improving details such as coffee capsules or pillows. Very reasonable. 👍

Very reasonable!!!

Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. At the beginning I had some technical issues. The response was quick and the problem resolved very soon. Near to the center, Underground station is about 5 min. walk.

Nice experience

Everything perfect, location, cleanliness staff and support amenities everything perfect. Good communication , the house was well equipped, they let us leave out luggage in the room even when we arrived early . Very close to the center and the place was in a very safe neighborhood

Birthday weekend with friends

The apartment was very clean, the furniture was in need of major renovation, the kitchen was extremely poorly equipped, there was no kitchen knife, only a tiny pan, and the price was fine.

Previously on I'm guessing better

The facility is located in a well-served area. Metro at about 400 meters and many other amenities: nearby supermarket and about half a meter a market, during the day it sells fresh produce and in the evening, with the presence of small kiosks, there is the possibility of eating or drinking aperitifs. there is no direct contact with the staff, the keys are left in a box with a security code that is sent on the day of arrival via e-mail. clean and complete with everything you need (including coffee heaters). no towels have been changed and no cleaning tips are provided.

This is a great solution for dislocation and comfort.

For us we really liked this place. It's down as budget which is probably true for Vienna however when in Vienna how much time do you spend in the room? It's better than a hotel and has fridge, cooking facilities if you want, usual cooking stuff, hob and microwave. We thought the location was quite good about 10 mins from the Centre and maybe 15 mins to Leopoldplatz and Prater. The location was important for us. It was clean and tidy, when we arrived anyway!  This would suit couples or maybe couples with a small child or baby. A big plus was the great communication from the flat managers before the stay for advice how to get the key and entry. No problems. I would definatelly recommend this place as a good alternative to a hotel if you like something more charming than a big Ramada, Best Western, Holiday Inn or similar New type hotel. 

Loved it. Great location. Good price

The flat was not cleaned when we arrived at 14:30.  The main bed was not made, the bathroom was partly cleaned. There were some dirty towels in the sink, a lot of hair in the plughole of the sink.  The fridge had a problem with water coming out of it and spilling onto the floor. The TV did not work.  No instructions as to how it worked.  Someone came in the flat when we were out. I asked them to come when I was there. They didn't take any notice.  The people we talked to were different each time we made a call.  The organisation is too big for personal service.

Not trustful

Very dirty, stuffy room. A lot of ants and spider webs. Already when I arrived there was the kitchen, the washing machine, the refrigerator (!!!) and the bathroom full of ants. When I gave the notice, 4 hours later the Putz Service came back, which didn't even remove the ants but only gave me 2 ants' nests. When I complained about this, the cleaning service pressed a few of the ants with his finger and said that he couldn't do more. Again I called the front desk to ask for a one-time cleaning service because there was no cleaning in the room, but instead a briefing came back that ants didn't do anything with the room's cleanliness. So I decided to change, and after the rest of the night, I had to get the temperature in the hotel for about two to ten degrees Celsius.

Infection of ants

All the information was sent by mail on time. Everything in the suburbs worked contactlessly and simply. The apartment was well equipped and had everything you wanted. It was clean and the beds were lovingly arranged. Thank you!
