Very poor review due to the room not ready past checkin time and we had to wait. The internet was not available and a technician was not coming for 3 weeks. The poor girl  at the front desk did well enough but it was only her second day and the manager was not reachable. We will not stay there next time.

Very disappointing stay

So Suzanne the owner is very nice, smiling welcoming. The place is located 3 minutes walk from a metro station, in a quiet street. It's not a normal hotel in fact it's a suite with living room (large and high ceiling) well equipped, a bathroom with a superb shower and very spacious and a room with a king size garden bed so no problem with noise. Small to take in the common room, very cozy and typical.

Don't look any more. You need the hotel!

I am always a fan of alternate accommodation rather than generic, bland business hotels. As such 'This is not a hotel' appealed. Its only about a 5 minute walk from public transport and close to the river on a quiet residential street. We had four nights in the Pomp room - plenty of space in the living room with a small kitchen unit with hob and sink and a fridge. Lovely bathroom and small, dark bedroom at the back. As the rooms are straight off the street you can hear people walking past but only in the living room. 
The reasons for the four stars - I didn't sleep well as from 7am you can hear the occupants in the flat above (not a problem if you're an early riser). The other issue was lack of kitchen utensils. The room spec we saw said that a kettle would be in the room but there wasn't one. There were two wine glasses, two tubblers and two mugs. There isn't a café in the immediate vicinity and given its a small apartment it was disappointing not being able to have tea at breakfast. We did ask Susanne and the next day we got a pan. The day after we got teaspoons after asking for them (no cutlery or plates/bowls at all had been provided). I think this cupboard could be better stocked with utensils  however Susanne was very helpful.

Quirky

Not very central but very convenient location, there are 2 stops from the green line of the metro at about 200 meters, the historic center is about 1.5 km away, it takes 15/20 minutes on foot. Very original rooms, plenty of breakfast.

A pleasant and original stay

It is a nice hotel.Food quality is good.staff are cooperative.Rooms are very clean and neat.Morning breakfast they have provided at free of cost.Breakfast is buffet.wi fi facility is available.you can enjoy your stay

Lee celestium hitel

The TINAH is a very good BnB accommodation with a warm and absolutely helpful hostess, who has good tips ready for us and is interested in her guests. The location is actually optimal for a short city trip, only 5 minutes away from the metro (Roßauer Ländes) and thus you can quickly reach all points and places in the city. Nevertheless you have enough rest and can sleep relaxed. The morning breakfast is well and lovingly prepared, who is well prepared to walk around, in the vicinity of 20 minutes so you can definitely find quite any kind of gastronomy, from very expensive shower (even Michelin decorated) to this house.

For a weekend in Vienna, this place is very friendly, between the loft, the suite and the short rented apartment, the most is the ample and varied breakfast!

Nice, clean and good service

A cozy, spacious, elegantly decorated and well-equipped hotel. A comfortable bed. It would pass by a suite of any hotel. Dueña servicial y atenta. Buen desayuno. La única pega, el ser un bajo (not usual for a Spaniard) y quizá su lejanía al centro, (though con un metro a escasos 3 minutos). Y el precio, of course.

A cozy stay, although a bit far from the center.

This is actually a converted shop which means the (3?) rooms all open directly onto the pavement which was a slight surprise, but the quirky decor and friendly host, along with large curtains quickly remove any concerns.

The rooms are well equipped and spacious.  Our room had a bit of an urban feel (polished concrete floors, steel sliding bathroom door) which I liked.

Breakfast is plentiful and typically German/Austrian (rolls, eggs, meat, cheese and jams)  When we were there the jams are all home made by Susanne; lovely.

Being just North of the canal it is a pleasant walk to the centre of Vienna, or you can get the U-Bahn which is 2 mins walk away.
