We were with a child and she offered to replace our standard room with a family room where there was an extra bedroom in the form of a sofa, the room was obviously more expensive, but we agreed for convenience. The hotel is located on the 7th floor of the medical center. Honestly, if you hadn't read the reviews before the trip, you would probably have spent a long time looking for a separate building. Upon arrival, the girls at the reception were immediately directed to the elevator. On the seventh floor is the hotel rack.

Overall, the hotel's good, the rooms are good, the shortcomings can be tolerated.

On December 14th, they took the oath of office to their son. They took the Comfort number for the day. The staff is friendly. All the questions they were asked were quickly resolved. The room was clean, there were toiletries in the bathroom, we offered breakfast, but we refused because we rushed to the military.

I think the main drawback of the hotel is the lack of sound insulation between the rooms from the word Everything. The restaurant Pirosmani is nothing more than a cafe, the restaurant is still growing and growing. And the Georgian cuisine is only in the name. We ordered, so we forgot to bring dessert, and we didn't forget to include it in the bill! So we didn't even hear an apology. Here's how it goes.

It's a terrible hotel. There's no service at all. It's terrible service. The rooms are dirty. Everything's dirty. The Internet barely catches (Wi-Fi). The ladies at the reception are either sleeping or sitting on their phones. And the kitchen is a separate word. But that's a whole different story.

This is a brand new hotel, and we were the only guests.  Our room faced a very busy train track, which was very noisy all night long.  The rooms are huge and nice, but there was no breakfast and the WiFi required a sign-in every 15 minutes.  
The location is not bad, but we shall not return there.
