I want to leave a review about the administrator. I don't know the name. We booked a two-room number when we confirmed the SAMI reservation by phone warned us that we wanted a one-room. We were changed. After a few days I asked myself to send out a contract, which for some unknown reason was not sent. We sent the contract to a two-room number after 2 weeks. Several times I called from other numbers, as well as mine was not picked up, after which I was given the answer that the one-room number is no longer there.
