The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. A good layout that allows everyone to fit comfortably. Modern kitchen, 2 full bathrooms - one of them with a bath, the second with a shower cabin and a hygienic shower - 3 separate bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed and a living room with a folding sofa.
Built-in kitchen with all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, water filter. There is also the necessary utensils: glasses, wine glasses, cups, shot glasses, cutlery, soup, dinner and dessert plates, frying pans, pots, salad bowls. In addition, there is tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen.
Bathroom amenities are available to guests: shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, terry towels. The apartment has a washing machine, and for guests' convenience there is an iron, ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
For a comfortable temperature, regardless of weather conditions, each bedroom has air conditioning, as well as modern Schuco double-glazed windows. The windows of the kitchen and one of the bedrooms overlook the courtyard, the living room and the second bedroom overlook Independence Avenue.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time and to contact the property regarding booking details. The cost in Russian rubles indicated on the website when booking is approximate and is calculated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which is not relevant in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The apartment administrator will inform guests of the final cost. The guest house can accept payment in a way convenient for guests.
