If facts of violation are established, it is possible to bring the competent authorities to administrative responsibility (an explanation at local law enforcement centers and the payment of a significant fine).
Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time and to contact the property regarding booking details. The cost in Russian rubles indicated on the website when booking is approximate and is calculated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which is not relevant in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. Clean, fresh apartment, convenient location in the city center, plenty of cafes nearby, things before and after you leave can be left in the office.
What was bad
The bed is already falling apart, the lamellae are falling out... the 4th floor without an elevator... there are almost no grocery stores in the area... there is no inspection when settling... bail... you have to go to the office before settling.

I liked everything: the layout, the cleanliness, the staff.... We arrived quickly, a million payment options, taking into account my convenience! Overall, the staff are very friendly and hospitable, and patient. My husband and I asked a million questions and got quite detailed answers... As for the apartment itself: everything is clean, neat, smells nice, there are all sorts of little things like shampoos, soaps and so on.

We moved into the wrong apartments, far away from the center. It was cool, the batteries were barely warm. We were fined for the natural wear of the towels.
