Good day. I really liked the sanatorium. You just have to understand that it's a budget sanatorium. But the attitude is very emotional, the food is at home. The procedures were provided for much more than in another sanatorium (before I was at the Priozerny sanatorium - it's a very paved sanatorium and expensive). I really liked it. The room was on the 4th floor, after repairs, modern furniture. I was pleasantly surprised that for this kind of money, this kind of room and service. The only drawback is that the elevator doesn't work, but it's listed on the website and I was morally ready.

Spiritual Attitude

Back in the USSR! (not even in the best years) The room: the food in the dining room is dirty, the seal is rotten, the dust layer is more than in the garage after winter, the toilet paper is visible what is left, then put (not even hung in the holder), everywhere the mold in the bathroom, the toilet washes over, the cabinets fall apart.

Don't even think about going there!

We went by the advice of acquaintances, but, as it turned out, I was still worried about the safety of the car - we were recommended to another. So we ended up here by accident. A Soviet pool with terrible food. The infrastructure of no one at all - one hill, stalls and everything. The parking lot is far away and looks like a chicken coop - not even immediately realized that it belongs to the sanatorium. It's a paid one. Although I'm still worried about the safety of the car.

The only way to get in here is by mistake.

I purchased a 5 day vacation at Sanatorium Naroch for my parents as a gift for their 45th anniversary. I paid the deposit is $195.80.
Unfortunately my mom got COVID and I had to cancel the trip 18 days prior to the trip.
I got a refund of $39.00 . I contacted customer service and inquired about the refund amount and the lady said that the reason for canceling was not valid enough that is why I penalized. I offered to submit a doctor’s report from the hospital, customer rep told me it is too late.
Are you serious? 
I would never book a trip again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Penalty for trip cancellation

We stayed in this sanatorium in mid-August.We stayed in the wrong room we had booked, on the first floor, with no balcony, no refrigerator and no teapot, with old furniture and a run-down TV, a lot of problems.On the first floor in the 1st floor, all of these things).However, after a calm explanation, we were promised room replacement.

A reflection of the Soviet past.

The sanatorium is located on the shore of Narotch Lake. The sanatorium is clean, well maintained, with lots of greenery and flowers. The exterior of the sanatorium building also looks good. The view from the room to the lake is stunning. The room itself is just terrible! From the room Econom and you don't expect anything extraordinary, yes and you don't expect anything at all, but the sanatorium looks like it's splashed everything possible.

It's so hard for me.

For those who like to have fun, it's not a good idea to go to a Belarusian holiday in a quiet, clean, relaxed atmosphere.

Sanatorium of Narotch

One of the first sanatoriums on Lake Narotch. A very large lake in the north of Belarus, a resort area. Around the lake there are many kinds of sanatoriums, a great place, even for simple rest, not to mention treatment. Much cheaper than in Russia and, at the same time, nothing inferior in quality of treatment. And what good, good people live in this country!!! I recommend everyone.
