Excellent comfortable room very clean. The hosts are very welcoming and very helpful.  Breakfast was just amazing fresh fruit and cheeses , yougart and cakes and just lots and lots just kept coming lol .Have already rebooked for next year.Ten minute walk from the old town where there is lots of bars and restaurants .

You can't beat this place. Hands down the best bed and breakfast place I have ever experienced.  My wife and I stayed for 2 nights on our honeymoon.  The owners were so welcoming and allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived early and got right to getting our room ready. They gave us a map and great recommendations on how to experience the area. The location is within walking distance from the train station and city center. The breakfast was huge and amazing.  Satalite TV with plenty of English stations. The room was very spacious for Europe. I just can't say enough about how great this place and the owners are. You will love your stay, and the price.

Absolutely Amazing

It is about twenty minutes' walk from the train station and ten minutes from the historic centre of Brujas. The perfect room, coquette decoration, spacious and comfortable bed, impeccable cleanliness. But the difference is the treatment by the owners. A kindness that can't be paid for with anything. And the breakfasts!!! Virtually everything at home, you have bread, sweet, fruit, smoothie, cheese, jam, and something savory, but every day changes, every day is different, plus a super-groomed presentation! Sit on that terrace to breakfast those rich things that have been prepared with so much love while the music is playing, and with so much love that you treat them all the time.... They definitely make it the best place to stay in Brujas!

How to get home!

We stayed two nights at the Het Wit Beertje and we are absolutely thrilled. The hosts are super nice and helpful and the breakfast was just fantastic. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. We would love to book this hotel again.

Great hosts and a sensational breakfast

Enjoyed our stay. Within easy walking in the centre. Our host was very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. He even offered Bruges specialities- meats, cheeses and chocolate. Beautiful garden. Room was small but clean and comfortable.

Great little place

My husband and I have stayed at B&B Het Wit Beertje in the end of May 2018 for 2 nights. Accommodation in Bruges does not offer a lot of budget options, but the Guest House had an affordable price and we booked it. 

We were warmly greated by the owners who gave us a map, showed main attraction locations, informed about events and were very welcoming and kind.  

The room was spacious, clean, everything was working very well. Good water pressure, hot water, air conditioner. Comfy bed. Breakfast was very good and delicious. Portions were cooked and served individualy for each guest. The breakfast room is super cozy 

 The area itself is very quiet, Guest House is located in just 5 minutes walking from the old town walls. The railway station is just 15 minutes away.

Would recommend to a friend!

Weekend in Bruges 2018

This is a little B&B in a very convenient location if arriving by car, just a short walk from a bridge into the Historic Centre, with the option to secure a parking slot (5 euro) with no worries about disc parking. The hosts are so helpful, with maps and restaurant advice, offering to book etc. The WiFi is perfect from bedrooms and breakfast room. The conservatory-style breakfast room is amazing, looking onto a beautifully tended garden full of flowers, shrubs and birdlife. The breakfast itself was 6 star-plus! Delicious fresh orange juice, a huge pastry topped with a giant strawberry and accompanied by a little dish of blueberries, a plate of cold cuts and cheese - which I didn't eat because bowled over by the offer of farmhouse cheeses, tastes of about 6 different types of local cow and goat cheeses, each more delicious than the last, accompanied by lovely seeded bread; and two more home-made goodies: an interesting apricot, peach and fig jam, and a slice of cheesecake.... after a breakfast like that, we weren't hungry again until mid-afternoon, and had all the energy we needed to walk round Bruges, including the Picasso and Warhol exhibitions.  I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for the personal touch over impersonal hotels, and genuine food over industrial.
Our room looked onto the road, but the windows are double glazed and there was total silence if you keep them closed.
 · The only very minor thing I missed was not having a bedside table... but there were other tables. a large wardrobe, tv with international channels, a good hot shower in a compact but well supplied bathroom.

Location, hosts and breakfast all exceeded expectations

This is the third time I have stayed at the Little White Bear in a period over ten years, the accommodation is as excellent as ever, as is the friendliness of the owners of this wonderful family Bed and Breakfast.  If anything the breakfasts are more amazing than ever, and the location is excellent for exploring Bruges itself.
My husband and myself have had an unforgettable trip for his 60th Birthday, and we could not have stayed in a more friendly and welcoming establishment.
We love Het Wit Beertje and the lovely couple that allow people to stay in their home.

Excellent room with great shower only trouble is stairs are tight to second floor nice to have car parking so close to the centre of Brugge and the breakfast Patrick just keeps on appearing with different home made and local bits
