After a long search, for a short stay of pleasure and discovery in Brussels, I happened to find the possibility of staying in this Hotel composed of many apartments, seemingly interesting from an economic, structural and location point of view. So far I am to guarantee the efficiency of the proposals of the New Continental, and as a lover of the city I strongly recommend staying for a visit to the Belgian capital. My apartment was characterized by a large window with the entire wall with the affair on the main street and on the typical roofs of the city, had a sofa bed to be able to open to the event, quite comfortable professional and two single beds. Furnished with a stylish and functional appearance also thanks to the presence of the details, starting from the morning cleaning, respectively, the kitchen area and the parking area, where it is definitely not necessary to find a convenient, comfortable and convenient location for every person.

It's like living in Brussels!

Yes for the nightclub across the street, but I don 't know why such a business (disco) is set up and allowed in a residential area????the nightclub is 30 meters across the street, it doesn 't make any noise but there are its customers who make noises at night plus the noise is confirmed only on the weekend I have stayed downstairs for over a week Isabelle the manager is friendly helpful.......and always smiling the management is done once a week the basement is 40 m2 actually a large studio it consists of a bathroom with bathroom, WC, the hot kitchen well, microwave wirlpool, high-heated bedsets equipped with four types of water supply sofas....... this is not suitable for two or four people apartments with two or four or five feet apartments that you can find in the basement of the living room with a single person or a single person or a single person or a single person has a flat with four or five feet of water and a flat with two or two feet of water and a flat with two or two feet of water and a flat with two or two feet of water is the best way to transform the living room

Super location and super price

The studio was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean, the lighting was lacking but clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and very useful and the bunk was comfortable, when at the service the lady who runs the establishment is very friendly and helpful and the flat cleaning staff is very helpful, alone inconvenient the nightclub located at the Rdc and the noise of its customers on weekends has the exit all morning, otherwise pleasant I advise the signed couple

pleasant and practical

The new management are reasonably efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked, apart from one light bulb. Good shower, even though it came from the bath taps. Also the location is good - very close to a tram stop on Avenue Louisa, so you can be in Le Grand Place in 20 minutes or so. The rooms could do with a bit of TLC: various fittings were hanging out of the wall, including the security chain on the very stiff sliding window onto the slightly dodgy patio, where the boards tend to pop up when you step on one end. However, the only real problem is that you can't rely on reception being manned during the hours promised - which anyway are only 9.00-19.00. They may decide to leave early, in which case you could find you can't gain access to your room till the next day! So make sure you're very clear about when you plan to arrive, and allow yourself some leeway.

Good location, reasonable price

Delightful apartments with so much light coming in through the huge windows. Not always the prices are good. To go there when there are discounts. Obviously because at 100 euros a night you can choose between more accommodation or even for 300-400 euros a month you can rent apartments.

Bright and quiet

The hotel has had it's problems over the past year and was forced into bankruptcy. Its now running again and is a really good place to stay. 

The rooms are large, mine was 45 meters with kitchen, large windows onto gardens and a good lounge area. For long term stays the place is perfect.

At a price of 85 euro a night this is unbeatable value in the Louise area. 

The staff are lovely. Everyone worked hard to make my stay a good one.

I will come back. This place is quiet and relaxed

Just great

We had a little problem with the window (did't close very well) and because of that it was kind of cold in the room. The beds were OK but th sofa was not that great. Besides that, everything was OK. The location is very good (8-10 minutes to closest metro station, and about 25-30 minutes from city center by walking). The appartment was clean and at a good price. It is OK if you want to stay a couple of nights in Brusseles.

We left this weekend to take part in the Brussels marathon we had booked for 5 people Two apartments were allocated to us....on two different floors The accommodation for 3 had only 2 chairs Two small spoons and a spare bed (couchettes) which the user preferred to sleep on the same floor on the couch for more comfort! And the cherry on the cake we discovered from the first night that a disco was on the ground floor SIGNALEE ON ANY SITE!!! So it was impossible from 2 in the morning to sleep between the impacts of music and the nightlife screaming under our windows until 7 in the morning!!! after 3 white nights and no apologies at the reception FEMEACHER the weekend ARCON Carole

Attention!

Due to the bankruptcy of the company managing the  apart hotel I had to leave the flat with 12 hours notice. I paid for two week and I lost one week of rent. The dishonest staff accepted the payment when the hotel was about to close... Apparently they are still trying to rent out some of the flats. Be careful

do not go there!!!

The hotel was clean, convenient and well priced. I have no criticisms whatsoever about our stay. On the evening before our departure, all guests received a note saying the hotel was in receivership and would be closed down the following day (14/6/2012).  Fortunately it didn't affect us as we were leaving.  Other guests were not so fortunate.  I would recommend you check directly with hotel before making any reservations.  It may be under new management or not.
