The location of the apartment is uncomfortable, and the apartment is new and comfortable, unfortunately it was almost impossible to get the keys, and then they don't even have a place to leave their luggage before check-in.

Okay, what's up?

I stayed precisely in one of the apartments located near the Galeries Royals St Hubert, an excellent location... in the heart of the Ilot Sacrè (a pedestrian zone articulated in many streets full of chocolates, breweries, places to eat and souvenir shops) just a few steps from the Grand Place. The apartment was really big and kept well enough, even if it wasn't what they had booked (our apartment was 400 mt from qst in the Bourse area but due to technical problems, the day before our arrival they informed us of the change without of course agreed additional costs).

Good accommodation but disorganized staff

Very, very well located in the centre of Brussels. That's the only positive point for this apartment. It's extremely noisy, I'd read it in the comments. But at this point... explanations: mid-November there are still a lot of people and especially young people who are partying and drinking a lot. So they don't talk but they scream. Since there are old windows they have them with us in bed.

Very noisy, cold, light all night, no hot water, dirty but well placed

We're a family of four only staying 2 nights. We wanted something inexpensive but close to main attractions. The studio is just around the corner from the Grand Palace square.  Parking is very difficult. You will not find anything close by so be prepared to walk.  The apartment is in the middle of pedestrian only areas. It's mostly cobble stone so best to bring back pack. We ended up parking at the Grand Palace parking lot for €16/day and took about 10 minutes to walk with the kids.  Not too hard to find but the sign is very small to see but it's across the street from the Bruyerre chocolate shop. I tried to email the contact twice a few days prior to get that info for check in without response.  We had to call twice when we arrived to get the code for check in. Took about 15 min which was inconvenient but not terrible.  The studio is decent sized, plain but decent.  Room was cleaned sufficient, again not spectacular but for the price I didn't set high expectations.  Had pretty much everything we needed except hand soap.  The studio we were in had the bathroom separate from the shower and sink which was a little weird, had to walk to the other side of the studio to wash your hands. The bathroom is poorly lit but gets the job done.  Overall for the price of $80 a night right in the center it's a good deal. You will find everything in walking distance.  

Decent for the $ 

The apartment is very central, practically the Grand Place, unlike many where I have been is equipped with elevator. The bed is however uncomfortable, the sofa is full of residues of organic stains and from the bathroom comes an unbearable smell.

Other machinery

Arriving at 9.30am, we paid a baggage bill at the station as they are very demanding with the entry time, between 2pm and 6pm. We arrived at 14.15pm and the apartment was not yet finished. The person who made the check-in charged us cash because he had no credit card to pass. The cleaning is mediocre. Very little light in the bathroom. The common spaces are very dirty. Wifi inside the apartment is very bad. We had to go out to the street to get a better signal. I wrote an email to the owner to explain what was happening and I never contacted her.

It's a very bad idea.

My friends and I stayed in one of these apartments for 5 days and 4 nights. We were a little worried about the reviews that weren't very positive, but as soon as we arrived we immediately reconsidered! The location is fantastic, two steps from the Grand Place, the apartment is large and it doesn't lack anything. Kitchen, tools, pillows and extra blankets, sofas. The only problem was the towels and blankets that, being not a hotel, we knew were being changed every day for nothing, but so it was okay.

It's very convenient.

We were in an apartment for 4 with a large double bed (comfortable) and a convertible sofa (comfortable) the apartment looked out on the street of the butter. positive points: the location ++ 2 steps from the main square and shops, spacious accommodation with toiletries and provided bed, very correct price Negative points: incorrectly stated, we waited 25 minutes outside the keys before calling the manager 3 times (cool for the overseas package ), very noisy in the morning to a bad insulation, very short dishes

Medium but well positioned

Location, wifi, bed. Spacious and natural light. All good. 

We found the place after walking around a bit. After phoning the day before (as suggested) to get an access code and being told we didn't need one because someone would be present at 2pm, we arrived at 1:30 and had lunch next door. No one was there at 2pm. 
The lovely man in the shop right beside the door was most helpful. He made a few calls for us. Eventually around 2:30 someone came to let us in. That was appalling. 
Other things that we didn't like:
No bedside tables. 
No bed lights. 
Main light didn't work. 
Hot water didn't work until we switched it off and on. Had to do that twice. 
Bathroom is very small, hardly any lighting, has water damage and the shower recess doors didn't operate well at all. There is no soap rack. There is no hair dryer. 
The sounds from the upstairs apartment sounded like elephants walking around. 
I rarely give bad reviews, basing my opinion on the cost of hotel/apt. Considering the cost of this one it was extremely poor value for money. 

It was 160€ for one night !!!!!

The description says it sleeps 4. As if. 
The couch would sleep ONE adult or two small kids. 
Find somewhere else to stay. We should have.

The main problem of this apartment is the noise outside which prevents you from having a good sleep (even with ear plugs- I tried!). Beside the noise of the piedestrians, screams of homeless people till 3pm at least, the cleaning of the strees from 5pm and the installation of scaffolding at 4.30am make your sleep very scarce. Another drawback is the absence of a professional feedback in case of problem (Internet and hot water came up and down). I could expect a better service for such a service apartment. Value for money is poor! The strategy of the company to avoid poor reviews is to move from one booking platform to the other when the reviews are starting to affect the bookings. I will definitely not recommend this place.
The location is great and the contact with the manager was quick before the check-in. A friendly cleaner gave me the keys at the agreed time. The apartment was clean.
