The hotel is easy to access, pleasant, very cocooning and its staff is really professional. The rooms are perfect, outdoor or covered parking. We can be taken and/or searched at the airport (with a small extra charge) to the airport which is 5 minutes away.

It's a perfect hotel with top staff.

Very new structure, spacious rooms and above all SUPERPULITED! very kind staff who will pick you up at the airport and/or take you back to wu at any time of the day or night for free! breakfast with croissant and coffee on offer

Eighth Under All Points of View

For the purpose and price we couldn’t have asked for more. A family of four  and our flight arrived really late and I had asked by email earlier, whether walking to the hotel would be an option (it wasn’t really) and was offered a free lift from the nearby gas station, which was great!

The hotel rooms were tidy and the hotel was quiet. The host (owner) was extremely helpful and friendly. A croissant and coffee breakfast was included, and first we got a lot of helpful tips and options on how to get to Brussels, elsewhere and back to the airport, the host offered to drive us to the tram station to get to Charleroi center and then proceeded to take us all the way!

A quick stop for the night after a late flight

I don't think I met the person everyone in the reviews are raving about, but possibly his son. At any rate, he was friendly and helpful as well. 

The delivery/pick-up service to the gas station near the airport is a nice gesture, but the hotel itself is really not as great as it seems from the reviews. The room was clean, yes, but there's no A/C, the bathroom needs renovation and the TV doesn't work.

I also missed out on the breakfast buffé, with the argument that "everyone else at the hotel is leaving very early so I'm the only one eating breakfast". I was offered a discounted personal breakfast which was OK, but still. 

But it's shortcomings aside, I wouldn't mind staying here again for a single night should I need to fly early from Charleroi sometime in the future. 

An OK stay near the airport.

Maybe it’s not the perfect hotel, but it is very clean and the host is an incredible person. It is a hotel ran by the owner and his family, they make everything to make you feel comfortable. It seems everything they do, they do it with love and passion. I personally don’t need anything else for a hotel near the airport until the next flight arrives. The owner makes the experience great!

Excellent host!

Faced with the silence of the owner of the place, and finding myself facing a wall, I was forced to warn the future customers of this establishment... I wanted to book 2 nights directly using the hotel's website, but I NEVER received a confirmation of my booking! So I called, the manager had to send me the email back but never did! Faced with my insistence, he merely sent a brief confirmation from his personal email, never mentioning the name of the hotel or even the rate! I had deposited my hotel details directly on the hotel's website, so it seemed to me to be a reasonable time to have a request for a refund at a reasonable price, but I never did!

They're incompetent!

This is the best hotel experience we have ever had.  The rooms are super clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated.  But it is the owner that makes it a 5 star hotel for us.  He went above and beyond what we expected, not only picking us up at the airport and dropping us back at 4am but helping us to get a meal in the evening by driving us to a local restaurant and collecting us when we had finished our meal.  We cannot thank him enough for making our stay so trouble free and comfortable.  
All the reviews we read are completely accurate.  This hotel is a real gem.

Simply the best

We decided to book this hotel because our return flight was very early so we were guided by the reviews we had read. It was undoubtedly a great success and a pleasant surprise. The owner came to pick us up at the airport when we called him on the phone and while it was true that upon arrival, we thought it was a more road hotel, once we entered, nothing further from reality. We were surprised by the taste with which the common areas and the rooms were decorated, how clean everything was and how well it oiled. But the most remarkable thing about this stay, undoubtedly, is the treatment of the owner and his son. Until today, I can say that in this hotel is the place where we are treated the best in every situation, without feeling that you need to stay at home and feel that you are not in any way too close to the airport.

Thankful surprise.

We stayed at the lovely hotel this month I wanted to point out that the hotel owner and his wife are lovely professional people who run a very clean hotel and are attentive to any matter. The hotel owner is really suited to the hospitality area and attentive to everything. I will always recommend the hotel to friends so I chose to share this with you.

The Hotel Owner welcomed us at the entrance & was surprised that we had paid €20 for a 3km journey from the Airport ( This Hotel offers an Airport Shuttle whenever possible or organises a cheap taxi to collect you).

The Hotel is very clean with well appointed rooms that are very comfortable with superb ensuite bathroom.

The Hotelier goes above & beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, nothing is a problem & he makes the hotel guests feel valued & there is a real homely feeling at this Hotel.
Breakfast was offered & the Breakfast Coffee was the nicest coffee I have ever tasted. As I said I liked Orange Juice I was given Freshly squeezed Orange.

I would highly recommend this Hotel & it is very bespoke in that the Hotelier is very keen to have a certain type of guests that appreciate the opulence of the Hotel.
