They don't clean the room even if you order them, replacing the towels and cleaning the bedding has an extra cost that they wanted to charge us when we left.The receptionist is rude and has no minimum criteria for treating customers, can't even fill a bill without making a mistake... One of the worst accommodation experiences I've ever had.

The worst experience of accommodation I've ever had.

The hotel is dirty, noisy, all the rooms look out onto a noisy, polluted street. No soundproofing. We couldn't sleep. If you arrive on a weekend, the iron door will always be closed and you'll have to knock several times and wait for us to open. Breakfast is served only from 8 a.m. and it's really short. If you have to take a bus or plane and leave before 8 a.m., you'll only have to leave without lunch and the boss will explain to you that the staff doesn't arrive until 7:45 a.m. and then you'll get through.

It's a disaster to avoid.

The hostel is very convenient to get to know the historic center, the markets, the churches. Simple, but cozy. It is notable the breakfast room on the 4th floor, with a balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the city.

Very good location.

Our stay here was fine. Good location, the room was basic but a decent size, the bathroom showed wear and tear. There was quite a lot of noise from outside and the included breakfast was below average (and not much left when we arrived). It did the job ok for our two nights in La Paz.

Fine

I was very happy with the hostel - stayed 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's always hot water in the shower.
The breakfast was basic but ok and included in the price.
The service I received was outstanding and they helped with all kind of questions  like where to get a SIM card, which ATM works best with international cards, where to do laundry and where to find a good nail salon.. always with a smile and genuine interest to help.
It can get loud at weekends due to the central location and the traffic during the day never stops.
The most affordable way to get there is the minibus from the airport which costs only 2B or 4 if your luggage requires an own seat.

Great service, great location

We stayed here 2 nights. The rooms are quite big and the staff is really friendly, they helped us very good with questions.
Bathroom was ok, but don't expect it to be of a high (cleaning) standard. Our room was on the streetside and therefore a little loud. Breakfast and wifi are bad, but again for the price it was allright.

Ok for the price

We booked a triple room for 1 night and when we arrived we were told there wasn't any available so we were offered 2 separate rooms - which wasn't ideal but we accepted.
Once settled in the rooms, the painter arrived and said he had to paint that room, so they moved us in a double room and added a third bed. The room was not properly cleaned and THERE WASN'T HOT WATER, so we asked to be moved to a different room. The request was denied and the only solution provided was to use the bathroom in the room next door.
We asked at least if we could have some fruit and water the following morning due to early bus departure, only fruit was provided, water was offeres at a charge.
The final charge was the cost of a triple room, which is ridiculous considering the inconvenients we have been out through.

Very poor service

The hotel is well placed for visiting the city. Surrounded by the Resto is rich and clean. The hotel itself is normal. Nothing extraordinary. The staff is nice. The pt dej at the ordinary terrace but like in this country. Good price for the location.

I'm good.

床很舒適, 房間乾淨, 但是服務差. 前一晚請櫃檯幫忙叫隔天早上的計程車被拒絕. 早上再請他幫忙叫計程車他以路況為由推託, 說只要到街上招計程車就好. 待我踏足街上, 櫃台立馬將我關在門外. 
Comfortable bed, hot shower, room was clean and cozy. Could borrow hairdryer from frontdesk. Has a lift.
The staff was lousy. Refused to pack a take-away breakfast for my early bus and also refused to help me hire a taxi. He just told me to go on the street and closed the door behind me.

服務差! Lousy service!

The hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the San Francisco church. The room was simple, old and poorly maintained, yet it was clean. It was noisy because it was on the street. We didn't have breakfast there. The service was welcoming.
