Pousada offers Full Boarding but the meal is very simple, for the price charged should be better. Another negative aspect is the very late check-in (17 hours). The physical structure is very good. The size of the rooms is very good. The attendance of the bartenders at the restaurant is differentiated.

Disappointment with the Landing

It's a very nice place with a structure that needs improvement, terrible food, two-star hotel-friendly food.

Children may even like... now the food... inadmissible for the price charged.

We love everything, wonderful service, everything very organized, everyone very polite, fantastic food, the rooms are wonderful, very comfortable, the very nice farm, a great place to walk, a great place to spend a weekend with family or just the couple.

It's wonderful.

In addition to having the largest entertainment program for all ages, it is also the best structured to accommodate couples and families. Inside the hostel there is a pedal pool, heated indoor swimming pool, slide, cellar, game hall. In the afternoon a snack is served for guests.

Intensive programming for all ages

Lovely campsite, in a beautiful place like Blue Stone, beautiful view, lots of children's programming, lots of play options, very lively and caring recreationalist Aunt Paçoca, full and tasty meals, following all safety protocols.

I would like to thank the boys Fernando and João for their excellent care and patience with our children!!! Every day, always very solicitous and attentive!!! They made us feel exclusive with so much attention! Thank you very much!!!

Excellent service!!

Excellent staff. An old hotel with renovated areas and others in need of renovation. Incredible space for children, and activities. Quite cozy. In the room where I stayed the mattress was too hard for my taste, and the pillows too hard, it did not provide a good sleep. As we stayed in the middle of the week there was no buffet, and the dinner there was painful.

Great hotel for children

Beautiful place to stay when visiting Pedra Azul.  The pousada is very well kept and well decorated.  Rooms are super comfortable with heat, AC, and a great shower.   The buildings are spread out over the grounds so that it it’s not all crammed together.  The view from our room looked out toward Pedra Azul.  Breakfast was good...homemade breads and cakes along with all of the colonial standards. 

Unfortunately the only downside is the lady that works at the front desk during the day.   When we arrived, she didn’t say good morning, she didn’t welcome us, she just seemed irritated to have to speak to us.  This was the worst welcome I have ever had at a hotel. We were considering staying extra days but she made the whole process so unpleasant we decided not to.    She shoved the paper in front of us and just said “fill this out”.  Then she tapped it condescendingly with her pen and pushed it toward me to fill in the rest of the info.  

We asked about things to do in the area around the pousada and she just said there’s a pool and a gym that you need to schedule. We got more information about hikes and things to do from the groundskeeper!  She gave us incorrect information on where to park and how to get to our room.  Overall, she should not be working in any type of job that deals with the public.  

Other than this one young lady, everyone else is super nice.  The man that takes care of breakfast is super attentive and friendly.  The front desk lady could learn from him.  

Overall this is a great place.  Great location and well taken care of.   It’s not your typical over the top “chalet” pousada.  I highly recommend Pousada dos Pinhos if you can get passed the check in!  



Beautiful pousada with a great view

We were on the road, and we stayed three nights, and breakfast was great, and the whole complex in the middle of the jungle is a dream, and there's nothing stopping any sporting activities, or relaxation in the pool and sauna.

Traumatic system

It is a relaxing holiday resort with a variety of sports activities such as swimming, horse riding, etc. Large, spacious rooms, very good professional service. However, it is better not to go there in the cold rainy season, as the rooms cannot be heated and it can get colder at 1000 meters.
