The place is terrible, in the center, in a dangerous area at night. The staff is very attentive. There is covered parking, which is rare in hotels of this type in Rio, but we have to leave the keys with the receptionist because the cars get crowded. The room, depending on the day, smells of cigarettes, but if the guest complains, the staff provides the room change with availability in the hotel. The hotel works a bit like a motel, because there are adult TV channels. The rooms are not silent at all: there is a lot of street noise. The room condition, depending on the room, is large or small, but everyone has a box and they are new. The bathroom works well and the breakfast served in the room is simple. There are rooms in the hotel. There are rooms. There's not a single family room.

Cheap

I stayed for one night, working in Rio. The price was relatively good. The street was totally under construction by the city hall, so my taxi couldn't get in and I had to walk in the dark with valuables. The relatively new room also worked very well. It turns out that the hotel has all the aspects of a motel - I had the discomfort of sleeping listening to other people's noises (...) for lack of better insulation. The bed is reasonably good and the pillow is bad.

Some incongruities

The hotel is close to the Sahara, very good for cheap shopping. There are many onibus points near the hotel, easy access, great location. The morning coffee was served in the room, I loved it. The attendants are very attentive and give us tips on walking around the Rio.

This is a great hotel.

This is a "love motel"... only use for taking prostitutes to bed. It is not expressly stated in their descriptions, but we later found out that it was a 'by the hour' type of establishment, akin to a brothel.
