Make sure you try the fried trout with the potatoes, the fried potato will not leave anyone indifferent, and the fine homemade wine.

They make great trout.

First of all the reviews are fake. 
The room is looking ok, but every day the cleaning staff didn't do much besides sorting our beds, they didn't even gave us new bed sheets although mine was dirty and it was seen clearly and also the TOWELS! we had to recycle the towels for 6 days.
The morning breakfast is too minimalistic, there's not much.
The reception wasn't available when we needed it (our radiator stopped working).
Although, you get what you pay for, for the bad and for the good.

We read all the reviews before booking and non of them is reflecting the experience we had. First there is NO ELEVATOR!! After a long day of sky the last thing you want is going up 3 floors.No safe-boox in the room. We stayed for a week , they didn't changed the sheets even once !! And changed the towels once!! After 6 days! The WiFi is week and the TV don't have any international chanaels. The breakfast is boring and there not a lot of options (and the same every day). The only good thing was the service and the restaurant for dinner-the food is good and not expensive. The shatal for the Gondola is good . The hotel location is 15(!) Minutes walk from the center. The rooms are old and we had 2 twin bed pushed together that is fine if you set them as one bed but it wasn't the Case for us. Buttem line - less then average Hotel.

The room are cleaned good quality of bed sheets and many more the staff member are very Amber you will guide every step I am apart from the fooding in giving the breakfast that also work motivation as per the fee taking on the room the food was good and that it will be located easily

Best experience

The hotel is not big, but decent!!! I liked it! But... don't count on sauna and jacuzzi!!! The service in the cafe is also for three!!!

It's not bad!!!

A clean and cozy hotel. Tasty and cheap dinners. A nice host. There is a ride to the elevators. A sauna is dry and wet, a jacuzzi. A good price-quality ratio. I highly recommend this hotel for a budget trip to Bansko!

It's a family hotel.

This is one of the best hotels I've been to.

The service is unbelievable for the paying price, starting with a host and an owner of the hotel who are friendly, polite and open to help at any moment.

Rooms are clean, tidy and modern with all appliances needed.
It's always warm inside, the bathroom has ground heating and there is at any moment hot water.

Location is good, only 10minutes walk to gondola and main street.
Lokal shop is pretty near.
They provide a free shuttle to gondola several times at morning and at two times at the end of skiing day, at 4 pm and 5 pm.

Food for breakfast is regular. The restaurant serves good food for lunch, I can not say it is something special but it is pretty cheap.

Overall, I can not find any negative aspect of this hotel.

You will not regret it

The room is comfortable, there is a teapot for 1 litre, there is no fountain, there is a refrigerator, there is a TV (many Russian channels). When you settle in the shower there are 2 soaps, 2 packs of shampoo, but new ones are not reported, take your own. The shower is specific - a hole in the floor without curtains and barricades. Water goes to everything: to the toilet, to the sink, etc. The floor in the hallway and bathroom with a warm bath, will dry after a shower. The potatoes were replaced with 4 coffee or type 5 coffee. The double bed consists of two 1.5. The Internet in the room is available, but from 2.01 on 3 days there was no oil on the floor, as there was a shovel.

When booking a week in Bulgaria to ski, me and my partner used Booking.com and reserved a £240 Hotel Room in a Modern Apartment with a Pool, Jacuzzi and Spa! After a while thinking about it we realised we were only going to be in the Hotel when it came to sleeping really; We would be out on the slopes all day and enjoying all the beautiful restaurants and nightlife Bansko has to offer!.. So we rebooked with a much cheaper Hotel 'Family Hotel Jik' at £108 for the week, For a couple! BARGAIN 😍

The Hotel is literally a 5-10 minute walk from the Gondola lifts but they do offer lifts aswell free of charge! The room we got was actually an apartment! We had a huge bedroom, another room which had a living room and a Kitchen area aswell as a VERY modern Bathroom! 👌🏽 it was SO much more than we had expected for such a little price! There is unlimited Coffee available downstairs 24-7 which is always lovely after a day in the snow! There is an unlimited breakfast included which was VERY tasty and a lot more than I expected. 

Unfortunately the slopes just weren't for me and I didn't enjoy skiing in the slightest so I won't be returning! However I will be sure to recommend to all my family and friends looking to go in a skiing holiday in Bansko 💘

BEST Hotel in Bulgaria by far! 

The fact that this is a family hotel, appears almost everywhere - almost on every billboard and in every hotel room I am going to go for a walk, and here in the evening I don't expect anything special, and it really feels like it. In a hotel everything is family-friendly, the host is always doing something at home, he's always serving meals in the restaurant, while the host is very friendly tomorrow. I went alone.
