Found this hotel.  It really is good value. Free wi-fi. air-con,  tv,  hairdryer,  kettle and fridge.  Maid service every day with clean sheets and towels every day. restaraunt on other side of road , 10 metres,  other restaraunts a short walk. Shops and supermarket are nearbye.  10 minuet walk to beach. Airport about 1 kilometre. Very pleasent hosts.  Cost in july 2020,  50 bgl. per night for double room What more could we ask for. Would visit again.

My room was smelly and there were quite a lot of creepy crawlies in the bathroom. If I had noticed this when I first checked the room, I would not have stayed! That bathroom definately needs remodeling. There was also a smell of mold noticeable. I cannot understand the good rating they have at all!

Good for one night

Me and my companion saw some cheap tickets to Burgas and i just had to get tickets to visit this place and eat fish 'til i drop. As we are coming from Estonia, this place is relatively cheap for us and it seemed great to work remotely here for a week. The hotel availability was odd - hotels.com only showed a few hotels, but booking.com was loaded with accommodations and for whatever reasons i decided to book this one (read: it was super cheap and it offered free wifi). As we arrived quite late, i contacted the hotel to see if anyone is here welcoming us and then i learned the reception is open 24/7, but it is always wise to just in case notify them.

As Sarafovo is next to the airport and the beach is also right there, everything was a walk away and the hotel was really easy to find - walked from the airport, straight towards the beach and on one street corner there was a sign to the reception of Palma. I paid in advance with a decent exchange rate and went to see the room.

The room was great! It had a balcony, cupboards, a fridge, some shower utilities and an air conditioner. Even the wifi was quite okay and we were able to carry out our work tasks online easily.

The shower did not have a shower curtain though so we had to clean up our mess after every showering.

The bed was decent, but worn out a bit. Talking about beds, i do remember someone having fun in one of the rooms nearby.

If i ever happen to come back here, i will definitely book them again.

I visited this hotel in June and July 2016. The location is perfect: 3 minutes to the sea in a slow step, to the center, where there is a bank, restaurants, shops and less. Nearby is a bus stop that will take you to all the most necessary places: shopping centers, port, train station, airport. Although it is only 10 minutes to the airport, but planes are not heard at all!) The staff at the hotel speak Russian, are very kind, all members of the same family. Very clean and clean rooms very well. The internet is fast in all rooms. There is car hire and excursions. In short, a very good hotel, I recommend it to everyone!

One of the best hotels in Burgas!

A little out of focus compared to the city centre of Burgas, but free parking is available, as well as a bus that leaves 50m from the hotel to the city centre, every 30 minutes until 23:00, for 1 Lev. Hotel quiet, simple, all new with a very good large bed. No breakfast, but bars and shops open early just nearby. Very good welcome in English.

Good service for a very good price/quality ratio (Small price)

The hotel is located on the central street, which leads directly up to the Burgas airport. It is a short distance from the sea, which does not make it worse. I would even say the opposite, because I have had to see the weather on the Black Sea. When the water is blowing and the water is splashing, you can sleep in the room. The owners are infinitely nice, friendly and pleasant people. They will tell you how to get there, tell you something from the history, serve wine! But the rooms are compact, very cozy, clean. The clothes are as white as a towel! They smell fresh! The taste of the clean knot, the cheese and the mold does not smell! The taste of this train is so sweet that you can go to the kitchen with a hot dog, the kitchen with a hot dog, the TV, the restaurant with a hot dog, but it is not recommended to eat a lot of ice cream.

Oh, the sea!

The hotel is great, the staff is great, and I really like this area. The kitchen is good, the service is good, the hosts are good, everything is great in one word. I want to go back again.

That's great!

We stayed here for four nights whilst house hunting in the area.  
The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet - the bed was massive!  There was a small balcony which was nice to watch the sunset from.  The free wifi is very good.
There are no eating facilities at this hotel but there are restaurants/bars not very far away so it's not a problem. 

There isn't a lift, which was bit of a con as we had to set off at 5.30am & didn't want to wake others up whilst trying to quietly drag our luggage down the stairs! 

I would recommend to others and will return if I am ever in the area again..

Close to the beach

Palma Hotel is nice place to stay over night! Hotel is very clean, everything is working, rooms are nice and adequately equipped. Prices are moderate considering the area. 

There is no restaurant but there is very cozy restaurant called Summer Garden just 50 meters away from hotel. There you can have breakfast with reasonable price. Wifi is very good and free! Most of all the airport is less than a 1 km away. 

Nice hotel for sleepover

We always stay in this hotel, the staff is super, the furniture is comfortable, clean, in winter the central heating works, not the air conditioning as is common in Bulgaria. We tried a few times to find something like this in the center of Burgas, but the prices have been going up, and here for 35-40 livas is quite comfortable. In Sarafovo there is a wonderful Commniti restaurant, in one of the hotels on the outskirts there was an indoor swimming pool, but we didn't walk, in a generally quiet beautiful place, the beach nearby, by the way, the airplanes weren't very audible, maybe, of course, in summer they fly more often, but we usually rest there in winter and in the off-season. To Burgas 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by bus.
