Apartment was handed over in a dirty condition. Dirt, dust and hair almost everywhere. Sand in the mattress. Drain clogged, fittings calcified. Equipment unattended or partially broken. The photos in the official description do not show the true condition. We were very disappointed. Apartment is not worth the (high) price. Staff at first inconspicuous, the next day at least once cleaned.

Apartment is not worth the price

Travelled in July, but reading from the reviews thought Old Nessebar was nearer.  Some said it was about 20 minutes away but it is about a good 45 minutes walk.  Ravda has good restaurants and is a nearer option to walk.  The area we stayed in was good but the beach bars shut around 10 pm which we found a bit early.  Old Nessebar is the best in the evening with a good lively atmosphere.  If I stayed again I would stay in accommodation nearer to Old Nessebar.  The complex at the Apollon was clean and well kept the apartments were basic and you got a feel that it was Bulgarian families who owned some of them as there were child's bikes etc in the hallways.  Would return but due to the location maybe not these apartments.

Clean complex

This was my second visit to the apollon complex . As a group of 14 we stayed in the Apollon 3 complex . We stayed in three seperate apartments arranged by one of the owners James  Todd . He arranged our transfers to and from the airport . It was seemless. Our group was three generations with the youngest being six months old . The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay . The complex is secure which is important with young children . There is a small play area which the children loved and lovely swimming pools, which are well maintained with many sun beds and umbrellas . The complex is within walking distance of many lovely restaurants and bars . For those that prefer a more lively vibe sunny beach can be reached by local bus or taxi . Old Nessebar is also nearby for those that like to explore . The children in our party loved the water park which is also within walking distance . In addition the sandy beach is a very short walk where you could try your hand at paddle boarding and other water sports . Plenty of things to do if you wish or just soak up the sun by the pool . Thank you James for helping make this holiday so enjoyable . Hope to be back next year .

Excellent family holidsy

It's a very nice complex, not far from the beach, good swimming pools, well-maintained area, but imagine you're in the pool with your kids, and a chemical attack starts, and it's just when the clock is closest to the pool, the gardeners come with the chemicals and they start spraying them, so it's hard to breathe, and the eyes go out.

Not a bad hotel, but a mess.

We were in a big company with children. The conditions in Apollo 6 were quite decent. The apartment had everything you need for life. It was comfortable, comfortable. It was not very far to the sea, 10 minutes walk. But I didn't like the sea very much. The beach was not clean enough and the water itself. It was always flowering. But on the beach there was everything you need, mattresses, umbrellas, dusts. We liked that there were many playgrounds for babies, and especially the nursery, which had everything you wanted to take a child for 1.5 hours. It wasn't expensive. The pool in the backyard was clean. The water was perfect. With the kids there were no problems, there were three bathrooms. But it wasn't important. But we didn't get to the barrier yet.

Okay, but not great.

Stayed in Apollon 3 complex on 3rd July for a week. It was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. The apartment was very modern,safe and spacious,has everything you need to have a relaxing holiday.The balcony over looks the pool and bar area.The pool area was always spotless,plenty of sun beds and parasols, there was staff everyday cleaning around the complex. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and reasonably priced.Short taxi ride to Old Nessebar is worth a visit! Already got my flights booked for next year!!

Last minute holiday with friends

Four swimming pools, children's playgrounds, a protected area, a parking lot. The area is green and drowsing in roses. There is free wifi in the restaurants, the menu prices are not more expensive than in the café in Ravda. The beach is nearby and the best in this village, thanks to the sinking ship there are no waves.

That's good.

The whole family enjoyed the rest. The beautiful complex with vegetation, clean roads, swimming pools, cozy and tasty restaurant Apollo in the same complex (every day there was a meal in it). For children in the evenings open a mini park with entertainment and bananas. The room was 3 bedrooms, all the household equipment is there, all new, no dull smells, all fresh, wifi, a large flat TV with Russian channels. At night, 3 minutes to walk. The beach is quite clean.

It's a very cozy place.

Apollon Apartments are really pleasant place to stay especially if you travel with children. My kids love swimming in the pools - the water is very clean, the sun-loungers are enough even in the highest season. The staff clean the whole territory every single day, cut the grass and look after the vegetation. 
Our comfortable apartment was located in Apollon 5 on the 4th floor - with a large balcony facing to the pool and the children playground and the cafe.
The staff were very welcoming and made us feel like we are special guests.
Hopefully next year I'll be back again in Apollon Apartments!

P/S Please, be sure you book an apartment at Apollon Apartments, because in Apollon Complexes there are several Property Rentals Companies, which promote their apartments in different names.

Nice holiday complex, ideal for families with children

We are the owners of an apartment in the Apollo complex in Bulgaria. Before everything was very beautiful, cozy and quiet. As everyone knows, the good is quickly used to. today the complex looks like a courtyard, the swimming pools are very poorly cleaned, and most importantly, no one is watching, there is no security and as a result, thieves are thriving in the rooms! be extremely vigilant! we were cleaned up to the end in 1.5 hours while we were on the beach. Help from the management company to wait meaninglessly, even on the contrary throw your fists and help in any way.
