We stood here for 7 nights. The location is great. Just on a black sand beach.  The beach was clean, but we did not notice anyone to clean it on a regular basis. So after a storm, there were algae for days on the beach. Lifeguard post was there on the beach . Water as ok for kids.

Hotel - hmm, it is after all a 2 star hotel. We had a clean room, a little bit of mold in the bathroom. Old furniture, not in good shape, even though the hotel is from 2012.

Meals - a few options were available. They put foot on your plate. Food was ok, but there where no basics for small kids. 3 meals - breakfast (same all days), lunch (one type of soup - not great, 3-4 options for second course , no desert). Dinner - 3-4 types of food, a desert. Salads and fruits were available at all the meals.

Nice location

Hotel Complex Relax is located right at the beach, featuring a swimming pool just a foot step away from the sea. And to your luck the hotel complex is also set right on the lake just opposite to the seaside. The lake Pomorie is a unique natural feature in the whole of Eastern Europe consisting of salt that is mined from the lake directly and curative mud, equal to the mud of Israel's dead sea. So you would kill two birds with one stone by staying at Hotel Relaks. 
Hotel Relaks is only a few minutes away from Pomorie's beautiful city centre with the most outstanding restaurants featuring live music and folk ensembles that are held at the central square of Pomorie. 
The hotel has an up to date service, helpful and kind staff particularly the host, Inna. to whom I would like to say thank you for all the professional level service and help with checking early and booking rooms in advance. Inna is a very welcoming, kind, helpful and knowledgeable person and the best host we've ever come across. Thanks to Inna we've found about the Bulgarian village excursion, a trip to national village of Gerana a site of outstanding, dashing colourful Bulgarian concerts and the legendary Nestinarstvoto fire dancing.
We will always holiday in Pomorie and stay only at Hotel Relaks. Looking forward to staying there again and seeing Inna.

The number one hotel of Bulgaria. A musr retun place.

1. Resting people (almost 100%) - Russian-speaking or Bulgarian. Until we were there we did not find others. 2. No one is watching that the beds are the same as almost everywhere in Pomory, only hypertrophied - at 7 am everything is covered with towels (waking up at 6 am watching aunt go after a hotel employee who sets up beds (yes, there they are cleaned up for the night) and spread towels for their whole family). 3. No one is watching that the beds are resting those who are in it (the beds were taken for the second day - it doesn't matter, but this and the beds are a good memory for the staff). 4. If you are interested in the characters of the beds at all. - If you are not interested in the beds, you can also go to the beaches (if you are not in the city) and check out a lot of places, especially if you don't like the beaches.

For those who want to relax in the dark

The hotel is located a short distance from Pomorie city centre, on a narrow strip of land that stretches between Pomorie Salt Lake and the Black Sea. Every two hours a minibus goes from the hotel to the central bus station and takes the hotel's residents back. The bus takes 5 minutes. You can walk, then it's a 15-20 minute walk. It's a small, quiet walk. Most of the resting are family couples and families with children. The hotel has a swimming pool where children mostly bathe and clapped. Adults walk to the sea, which is literally 50 meters away.

Hotel for family vacation

The hotel is the most extreme hotel on the coastline. On one side at the entrance to the hotel is the large Pomory lake, which is covered with bamboo, and on the other side of the sea where on the horizon you can see the Necebr. The hotel is simple. It corresponds to its 3 stars. The rooms have the minimum necessary. The cleaning is standard every 2-3 days. All the rest is essentially a cover for the fact that it is not so easy to get to the bar until tomorrow's morning: it is possible to get to the rest of the hotel without paying attention to the food on the hot water system, including the hot water and the convenience of the spa.
