Silistra

Spacious and well-designed rooms. Refrigerator in some rooms. Comfortable bed, functional bathroom. It is a rather a hotel for businessmen. The reception is on the 4th and the separate rooms on the 4th and 5th floors. On the ground floor, a very nice restaurant and bar.

We stayed at this hotel in Silistra, to attend a wedding in Glavinitsa,  the hotel is located on the 4th floor of the Business building which we found odd having the reception area of the  hotel on the 4th floor, reception staff were very nice...rooms were clean and quite modern,  the restaurant is located outside on the garden area, we only ate there twice as didn't feel it it was all that good, the breakfast which was in the price was also of poor standard...the hotel served it's purpose, we would return but would dine at a different hotel which we did on this visit. ...we felt the food let the hotel down. 

Very nice Modern Hotel

Hotel is not very well posted, no signs on the outside to say its name, but there is plenty of parking around and about. Receptionist was VERY friendly & spoke good English. She showed us to our room which turned out to be a suite, 2 double bedrooms with a shared shower room...very spacious main bedroom, bed wasn't made but sheet/pillows/towels all folded fancy on the bed!!! Our room was at the front of the hotel and there is a lot of traffic noise even though the hotel itself is on the 5th floor of a business centre, as it's on the main high street...!!
We ate in the restaurant with a group of friends, underground and cellar like in a lovely way, and both nights someone complained about the food...it was either under-cooked or non existent.
Upside: Very spacious rooms, central for town, bars/restaurants, friendly receptionist.
Downside: Very thin walls, room next door to us people were talking loud on both nights until the early hours of the morning, plus you can hear the music from the restaurant 5 floors below!!
Would we use again? Not sure!!

Good value & central...

If you don't mind the architecture, this modern hotel is very well situated, clean with staff who really speak English. The size and cleanliness of the room are appreciated. A modern bar in the DRC allows you to go for a drink before you go to bed, the rooms are in the fifth floor. Wireless Internet is available in the room. The only downside is breakfast, which I found to be little supplied.
