There was no Hot water during our stay and in winter it makes it very uncomfortable, to say the least. The room was very basic and humble for a 3-star hotel. The furniture and the bathroom are designed in the retro soviet style and you feel like they did not made renovations since than. The location is not ok if you are with a car.

There were no parking spots and it was off the season, imagine what it is during summer. We had to pay for parking 10 leva per Day extra, because in front of this small house hotel was impossible to Park. The toilet in one of the rooms was not working well and the sheets were terrible. Bad pillows with a sweaty smell.

Horrible "hotel" in Sozopol. We were staying for two nights and it was very cold and dirty in the room. The toilet was broken and nobody helped us with it. The bed linen was old and with holes, lots of types and colors.

This small hotel is situated in a very small and far away street without an option for parking. There is no elevator and it was hard to bring up all the bags up in the room. The room was super small and basic. There was a small problem with the water in the bathroom. Big dog in the yard walking freely if you are afraid of dogs. Owners were all the time on the yard, watching us closely. You feel like uninvited guest on this site.

Quite expensive for this room

The hostess of the hotel is very pleasant and responsive, she offered to choose one of the two free rooms, which was very pleased, they chose a room with a view to the sea, on the third floor. Besides, the hotel has an agreement with a bistro near Argonft and there is a discount of 10% from each check, for this you must provide a flyer from the hotel, which is kindly offered by the hotel.

A cozy hotel I want to go back to.

The hotel is located in the very center of Sozopol, 3 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the central square. The room is small, rather small, but very nice, light and cozy. The bed, small cabinet, bathroom and a large (!) balcony with a table, chairs and ropes for drying clothes.

That's great!

The hotel is in a great location. We lived on the 4th floor and from the balcony there was a view of the sea. We were less than a minute to the beach of Harmoni, to the Central  minutes 3. Nearby is Rapatamo Street (shops, pharmacies, a bunch of cafes), but there is no noise from it at all. The rooms are small, all you need is  bed, 2 cups, a cabinet, a refrigerator, a teacup. From the dishes  2 glasses and 2 cups. We bought a disposable dish (tablets, forks, knives). Well, if you use a fan, take it with you. There is no food in the hotel, but in the city there are no problems with food.

In a quiet alley, the main facilities are  two beaches (Central and Harmani, the last one nearby), Ropotamo Street with souvenirs, pharmacies, exchanges, post offices (this is if you move along the first floor of the building towards the Black Sea Square), a dining room (there is also a room at the Ropotamo and in the vicinity of the Beach Centre). The owner of the coffee shop (Goddess) is still very attentive, she speaks a little and understands Russian, she is always ready to help. For example, I helped the shower room at the bathroom next door by the bathroom next door by the bathroom next door by the two bathroom blocks of the hotel.

Economically

worth your money.

It is a good clean B&B close to both beaches. Good value. Did our laundry for a small fee. Our room had a balcony we could both sit on, and a fridge for drinks.

Despite the photos of the owner's dogs (who are beautiful quiet animals) it is not a "doggy" hotel with pet smells.
