It's a very decent price, a good bed, a fresh repair, the only thing that bothered me was the balcony, which was two rooms, especially since the door wasn't locked, the neighbors could come into our room through the balcony, and it would have been much more comfortable if the balcony had a fence.

It's worth the price.

We booked a small apartment that was really nice. It had all the amenities, it was noisy, clean, and we slept very well. During our trip to Bulgaria we rented a car, and in this guest house, we had free private parking. We stayed two nights, and I have to say that their situation is very good, less than 10 minutes walk from the center.

The hotel is a 2-minute walk from downtown, clean room, refurbished, coffee machine and surveillance cameras, small indoor parking, basic, simple, just a bathroom, mattresses and a single shower, toilet, floor-by-floor sink.

This simple establishment was very close to the bus station on the main road and not far from the centre of town (it is a small town).
Our room was not facing the street and hence was relatively quiet. I carried a fridge from another room so that was helpful. The bathroom was small but functional. The room had a musty smell. There was a tv.
Wifi was free and decent. There was outside communal seating with limited amount of cutlery for use. Coffee and vending machines.
Price was reasonable. Staff were professional and friendly.
Decent option.

Basic but comfortable

We only stayed here for one night, but would not have mind to stay here longer. The rooms were clean and big. The service was good, and the guest house was located in the city centre. The furniture looked really new.

It's a good hotel, not far from the city center, there are shops and cafes nearby. The main thing is your own parking lot. I recommend taking the rooms through the windows not to the street. The rooms themselves are very cozy, spacious and clean, there is a refrigerator and air conditioning. I didn't like the pillow, honestly, what it is, what it isn't.

A good hotel for one night.

Beds that are mattress boxes and bathrooms with everything together, toilets under the shower and ventilation-free ademas. It looked great, but I'm a little disappointed, it wasn't comfortable. I wouldn't recommend spending more than one night here.

Incomfortable, just to spend the night.

The guest house is located not far (5 minutes) from the tourist information center. The castle is 20-25 minutes walk along the picturesque streets. The best thing is that the bathroom and shower in the room (although in Bulgarian style, i.e. without shower cabins, just with a hole in the floor), and fresh repairs. The laundry is clean, the beds are comfortable. In the rooms whose windows go out to the street, there is a lot of noise from passing cars, but those who came there for a couple of days will get so tired that they won't notice it.)

In my opinion, the best price/quality ratio.

Anelim is a pleasant guest house,  situated close to the city center and the best restaurants.
We had a twin room (new/renovated) with a private bathroom,  situated at ground floor, no balcony.  The room was not very spacious,  but convenient for our needs.  It was clean,  the bedding were also clean. 
The room is equipped with a wardrobe, a footstool,  flat TV and a/c. There is no mini-fridge,  but this aspect didn't bother,  we didn't need one. Bathroom is small and the shower is not separate (but it is the aspect which liked us pretty much). However,  there would be useful some hangers in the bathroom/room. 
The only thing is that the house doesn't have a good soundproofing,  but we had quiet neighbors. Probably the rooms facing the street are noisier,  although there is not too much traffic during the night. We slept very well,  despite the soft bed. 
There is parking in front of the house,  free during the weekend. We could park inside the yard.
Wi-fi connection is very good. 
Overall,  I think it's a very good value for money and I recomend the guest house for unpretentious people.
