Staff is helpful and the rooftop pool is nice. Rooms and amenities are basic. 
The breakfast food is not great. 
Would not have been a hotel I would choose or recommend. 
but it has easy walking access to many shops and restaurants so location is ok

Not the best choice

Highlights of this hotel are the very effective air conditioning and the water pressure in the shower.  The rooms are a good size and it's not far to the river front and the area of town with the more tourist oriented cafes and bars. Just around the  corner there is also an excellent restaurant (very popular with locals) doing hotpot and BBQ. 
The hotel let itself down a bit by putting sheets with holes in them on the very hard bed and by having a broken shower bracket. 

An affordable option 

Part of a group tour. They should not be booking this place. Best part of the hotel is the new part with a gym and a beautiful pool- but we didn’t stay in that part of hotel. A member of our group had bed bugs and had to change rooms in the middle of the night. AC didn’t work properly. House keeping Staff seemed to eat, sleep and live in the hallways of each floor. Breakfast was woeful. Big spread of nothing worth eating. Staff not helpful in any way, gave no care about anything. Stay somewhere else! 

If you want bed bugs stay here 

We stayed here for two nights on a tour. Room was large with a room with a balcony that overlooked the town and you could see the river around the corner too. The bathroom was nice, large walk in shower with good water pressure. Room was clean, no sign of mosquitos or any other bugs. Toiletries to use. There was a breakfast buffet with eastern food and another breakfast room on the ground floor where you could choose off a ticket menu thing (you get the yellow tickets from reception I think), we had pancakes and honey which were nice. There is also a mini market on the same floor which has toiletries, snacks and water. Reception were helpful in getting us extra toilet rolls etc. There are two lifts which work fine. Location is good too and a short walk to markets, restaurants and the river. Would stay here again. 

Would recommend 

This is an average hotel. The beds are hard but pretty much what you should expect for this price point in this area of the world. We walked to a lot of local sights from here, so its location is good.

Good location to walk to local sights

A group of 10 stayed at this hotel, occupying five rooms. The rooms were largish, had tea and coffee making facilities, free internet, air conditioning, television (which we weren’t interested in),were pleasantly appointed and clean. Cleaners came each day. 

The property seemed well maintained. 

Staff were helpful.

Breakfast was included. You’d do better going to a cafe.

Pretty good - 3.5 rank

Good location but that was where it ended. Staff were not particularly interested in customers breakfast was at best disorganised chaos and room only just acceptable as 3 star.  Some of the rooms used by our group had non operational air conditioners. The choice for breakfast was very limited and the menu description not very clear. We ended up going down the street for feed at a local cafe.

Failed to Live Up to Expectations

Stayed 1 night with Cambodia Cycling.Hotel caters for large scale Chinese tourism.Breakfast was poor and took a lot of effort to order individual items and was long time coming with omissions eg no milk for the coffee despite frequent requests.Staff generally struggled,language and otherwise, to deal with any.questions or requests.Room was clean but few amenities.There is no bar or congenial restaurant.Luckily there are some very nice riverside ones a short distance away where our cycle tour went to.

Not good at all

We had a VIP room for $50.00 The room was all right from the size up. The facilities would be fine too. Everything was very badly cleaned and partially defective for that. It's definitely not everybody's business. It's almost normal for Cambodia. One guest got really excited that there was no shower in the room. This is actually normal in hotels from $25.00 onwards. But not here. Because then they couldn't sell any more in the hotel's shop.

Okay, but not for everyone.

Business hotel on the northern outskirts of town. Clean and boring. No charm! Rooms OK and balcony big. I just didn't see breakfast. Service is friendly, but English is a challenge.
