The upper room is bordered, so it is not pleasant, the quiet is appreciated, but the hospitality and kindness of the staff is absolutely remarkable.

Correct but no more

We booked there through Expedia as it showed "best hotel 2015" but were very disappointed. Room with strong cigarette smell even the none smoking ones, durty bathroom with strong smell, no windows, lot of noise  (the 2nd floor is under renovation but the hotel is very noisy anyway), the breakfast is cold and tasteless even a 7am, staff smiling but inefficient, the pool durty like a pond.. I wouldn't go there by any means!


Horrible 

We are 2 couples staying here and are quite disappointed. The staff is really friendly but unfortunately the hotel has a lot of issues. Several rooms don't have windows, the second floor is under renovation with lots of noise which makes it impossible to relax during the day. There's also several building work around. The pool and area around it were not clean which makes it almost unusable. Quite sad as the rooftop is actually nice!
I would not recommend staying here at least until constructions are over.

Friendly but lack of maintenance

I was surprised that this classy boutique hotel existed in the middle of the Phnom Penh City. Nothing went wrong during my brief visit there and the price was absolutely reasonable. The pool at this hotel is simply awesome, indeed an oasis in the midst of a busy city like Phnom Penh. The food is splendid too. I am spoiled for indeed. This is a highly recommended property. Two thumbs up!

What A Wonderful Surprise

The Palm Boutique hotel is a nice budget property and a perfect place to stay if you are not looking for a luxurious experience. The hotel is at a distance of about 30-40 minutes from the airport and since there is no uber in the Cambodian capital, you can take a rickshaw which is similar to a tuk-tuk. The hotel has nice surroundings and lobby and smiling help-desk and friendly manager who has joined in recently. 

The rooms have all the basic amenities! Since most travellers don't stay in Phnom Penh for more than a day, this place is a good recommendation as its centrally connected from most places such as the Russian Market, Riverside and Naga Casino etc.

There's an Indian restaurant within walking distance which is open till 10.30/11.00pm. On our way back from Siem Reap, we had called the Indian manager at restaurant who had prepared nice north Indian cuisine for us. 

Nice place to stay in Phnom Penh

This hotel is very new, clean and tidy, boutiquely design Bed sheet is clean with no smell. The room is quiet, sound proof, though locate on the busy road. The guests are considerate, and full of manner. The service and hospitality is great. Breakfast is great, especially their homemade jam.
After changing many hotels in PP, I can guarantee here is worth spending.

Neat, Clean, Tidy and Great Hospitality. Worth value.

Nice hotel, not in the city center, nice staff, nice skybar/restaurant on the 6th floor. Not very big, pleasant atmosphere. We had a generous family room, room number 522, two bedrooms, super-good shower with good water quality, adjustable temperatures, bathroom besides shower. The only problem was: directly underneath the skybar with terrace. In the evening, the youth celebrated on the terrace with music and playing cards, was very loud. Fortunately, the party party moved elsewhere at 22:30 p. Every 6 o'clock the preparations for the piece begin, you can hear this too. Our friends had a lovely two-story bathroom with a deeper bathroom/bathroom with a terrace, in the 401st room with a very nice breakfast room, in the 401st room with an Offet, etc.

Nice hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and can only recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very clean. Especially the pool on the roof invites you to stay. It is very nicely laid out next to the restaurant, which offers very good food at a high price. Between 4 and 6 pm is Happy Hour, there are 2 cocktails at the price of one. The cocktails are megalecker and professionally prepared. The only thing missing is that there is a construction site next door, but that makes for the great service and the beautiful ambiance. All in all 5 stars!

Very nice hotel

The hotel is very quiet in the evening because it is slightly eccentric. Three good addresses and three good prices.

Hotel tres pleasant

Not at all local color, very modern, perfect service, beautiful room and don't miss the pool and the small restaurant on the terrace!!! Magic...the pool that dominates the city day and night.
