Okay please read if you are especially a single female traveller.

We were two girls travelling together that booked this hotel last minute as a place to stay for 3 nights. On two seperate nights people tried to enter our rooms, different rooms on different nights. It was quite concerning as the locks on either rooms were minimal, my room
Not having a safety latch like my friends room.

The man running the front counter is rude and plays games with you when you ask to purchase goods from the desk. Don’t bother. 

The location is in fact very good. Located just off the beach front, a one minute walk through a restaurant to beach lounges located along the shore.

A new hotel/resort being built next door. Soon to become over crowded like the rest of the area. 

Don’t do it if you’re alone 

stayed here for 4 nights and it was great it was very clean and the bed were really confortable and it had great A/C. Great location closed to the beach and restaurants (like 10 second walk from both). I really do not have any bad things to say about this place I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.

great place to stay

The owners of the business should spend less time buying furniture and upgrade the disgusting ancient foam mattresses and dirty bedding. The pillows are gross, old with black stains on them under the pillowcases. The sheets have intimacy stains all over them, even after they are washed. The guesthouse should buy normal mattresses, not the cheap foam kinds. The guest house needs to buy new pillows, the current ones are like dirty sponges of head sweat and mouth drool.

Needs an upgrade badly

Clean ,comfortable, good value for money 
What more do you need.Rooms are fan or a/c depending on your needs and budget.  It has its own swimming pool and the beach is 100yds away . There is some building work going on next to the hotel but it didnt bother us on our 5 night stay .

Still a great place to stay

We had to leave our other accommodation in the middle of the night, and we decided to stay here. Staff were helpful. 

The bungalow was clean, well air conditioned, and there’s a nice pool you can use, location is great and right by the beach, but you’re set back from the main strip so it’s nice and quiet. 

We were woken up by loud construction noise and people talking on the site, but r wasn’t a big deal, depends if you’re a light sleeper of not.

If you book take the climate the other bungalows have a ventilator but when the heat reaches 30 degrees outside it makes 40 in the room only interest beach just in front

A choking room

The reception is non-existent, the staff is not smiling, the housekeeping is desirable, in short, if there was no beach across the street, this establishment is of no interest. We are far from the kindness of people like Siem Reap!

We booked the bus the beach was full for christmas twenty usd at night for three steps breakfast no fridge tele and air conditioner and pool has the entrance nice manager 40 meters from the sea papa pipo front with sunbed against a conso splendid calm sea transparent off weekend no crowd

Cheap and right

Hello everyone! We stayed with friends for a week! Pros: Normal air conditioning, hot water, normal swimming pool, very close to the sea, wi-fi catches in the room! Minus: The most furious minus, it's behind the construction wall!!! Starting at 7am, or even earlier, the drill bites, perforators, etc. Start working! On vacation we didn't plan to wake up at 7am! Sheets and towels in stains, are cleaned ugly, they'll soak the floor, fill the bed with the same laundry, wash the glasses and everything! The towels are changed reluctantly! There's no refrigerator, even for an extra charge, not very convenient! In general, if there wasn't a pipe, the towels are cleaned ugly, they'll soak the floor, they'll fill the bed with the same laundry, they'll wash the glasses and everything!

It's a week in Cambodia!

No hot water in the room. So room change. No hot water again. The owners didn't even check before they had us change the room if the hot water was working. Room change again. In the morning, up at 6am by the noise of vacationers in the pool. No respect for silence. I don't recommend this hotel.
