This hotel serve breakfast with a view and room wise is clean except it is near to a Contruction site.

The hotel accept all major credit card and is near to the beach and eateries area so it’s a good location hotel

Nice and reasonable 

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel and it was a terrible stay.
The only positive thing is that it’s located close to the beach and ferry port.

When checking in staff was speaking Cambodian and laughing. Felt like they where laughing at me. 
Got a room with dirty bed sheets and I found 3 dead bugs in the room one of them was on my bed.
During my stay they never changed my bedsheets.
Internet didn’t work in my room. I had to be in the hallway, reception or by the pool. And let just say this wasn’t high speed internet.
AC worked but it took 3 hours to get my room cool (cool not cold) and it only had one option on or off. While on the fan was on full power and that was very annoying while trying to fall asleep.
Safebox didn’t work. 

Staff was helpfull but there where always on there cell phones. 
I spent 1 month in Asia and it’s only during my stay at this hotel I had stomach problems.
There also building 2 new hotels righ next to this one so except construction work from early mornings till late night.

This might have been a 4 star hotel when it opened but I wouldn’t even give it 1 star anymore.

Beware!! Avoid at all cost!!

Nice hotel, clean, easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the pier. 
Be careful of the room though, ask for pool view otherwise you will see a brick wall, the car park or a building site. 

There are homeless nearby and litter a big problem but the Chinese and Russians are buying up sites so there is also wealth. 
$5 gets you a massage on the beach and food is cheap.

Great location (except for the building site next door)

The hotel was very nice. New, beautiful. Clean and spacious rooms, a variety of breakfast with meat and delicious coffee. A large swimming pool that operates until 9 p.m. polite and responsive staff. A special thanks to the staff for catching up with our taxi and returning the phone forgotten in the room. Convenient location - 5 minutes to the sea. Dinner was ordered in the room - very tasty and fast. Good wi-fi in the room.

It's a great hotel.

Stayed for one night as a stop over to Koh Rong island.
Staff were rude at breakfast, didn’t visit our table once but were play fighting and messing about. The tables floors and buffet area were disgusting . We had toast as a safe option.

Dirty

Rooms 101 to 109 look out onto a high wall just 1m away from the window which forms a corridor for the staff. We had no hot water for our 2 night stay but did have plenty of toiletries and a hairdryer.Rooms were clean and contained a safe. The breakfasts were a bit basic with the cold choices being better than the hot.
Staff were great and loaned us towels to use at the beach which was only a 5 minute walk away. The town was about 15 minutes away. All things considered a good location.
We stayed in Feb 2018 and it did look like there was about to be a hotel built next door which may make it a little noisy in the coming months.

Okay hotel but could easily be better.

The hotel is away from the center and in a dirty state. The floors are dirty and there are still leftovers from breakfast in the restaurant even at noon. Our bathroom was moulded in all the joints. The drainage basin was completely clogged with hair. When we checked in we first got a windowless room. Then we were generously updated. The room was then wet and yet so. Besides, there was no WiFi. In the third room it went off. However, the bedding was not fresh. The staff is uncomfortable and not interested in the garden. We were very happy to have survived one night.

All staff very kind and available.New hotel with swimming pool, nice and clean beds and pillows.Good breakfast.Good quality price ratio.Frequented by groups of discreet Chinese who leave in the morning and return in the evening.Recommended

Okay, what's up?

The pictures of the hotel are misleading. It's not pretty. It's not clean and breakfast is really inedible of very low quality.

Not recommended

The bed was dirty, the sand and the hair of the old customer were still on the bed, the owner didn't want to hear anything, the reception was very disappointing for the price, and I don't recommend this establishment at all.
