Good in a way the room we stay clean and organized. But bad thing the facilities is under construction which should be part for us to enjoy. We stayed 2nd floor of the room but only the way up is staircase which was a challenge for old and slightly physically challenge person. 

Good and Bad

This is being promoted as one of the Best hotels along the Indenpendence Beach. The hotel is new and most of the facilities are new as well; as such if is clean and comfortable. The location is Good as it is just off the beach. There are many restaurants within the hotel and offer Good varity of food. The rooms are acceptable, considered the price. The staff are friendly, as most of the hotels in SIHANOUKVILLE offer Good services. The Casino is acceptable, BUT Pale when compared to other Casinos in ASEAN (example: MACAU. PHILLIPINES. MALAYSIA....). DO ENSURE THE BANK NOTES Used to play in the Casino is PERFECTLY NEW and SPOTLESS !!! Visit for the exposure and see the transformation of KAMPONG SONG (Previously named) to current SIHANOUKVILLE, and THANKS to CHINA for Pouring in BILLIONS OF DOLLARS for the SAKE OF "ONE WAY, ONE BELT" Project !!!

The Restaurant is situated right on the beach, away from the traffic, great sea frontage.
The Restaurant offers a good range of Indonesian Cuisine, the favorite being "Sup Buntut" or Oxtail Soup, with a thin soup with vegetables, the oxtail is cooked to perfection with the meat falling off the bone.
Regular visitor for this signature dish.

Aqua Restaurant

One of the popular casino and hotel by the beach, restaurant Beach Club serve fusion food,they got western and Chinese menu, staff speak English and Chinese. Normally a bit crowded in the evening, people like to seat by the beach.

Stayed about a week.
Great beach view and also a nice swimming pool by the beach. 

Have great Indonesian food at the Lotus Restaurant by the beach.
They also have a Dim Sum restaurant, 24 hours.

Room was a bit small but functional.
Wifi is really not good.

Nice Functional Hotel

This is a beautiful resort but getting a room is hard as we were told that they were booked out so ended up in one of the rooms on the casino side. Not kid friendly as the lobby was smoked filled and the room was as small as those in HK. Best part was no place to even put a toothbrush on their sink. 

Maybe the other reviewers got the better room but we had the terrible ones. And none of the staff knew English to understand when I asked them for extra towels and my brother, who stayed in another room, had to come and speak Cambodian to them. 

The best thing was the beautiful beach.

Exactly that - a casino resort

We stayed here for a weekend break, as both my husband and I live and work here, it was truly the most relaxing weekend I've had in a long time. The rooms were very clean and the smell from the flowers etc kept the room fresh for the whole visit. The food is mouth watering good. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, even if you are not a casino player (which both of us are not) we never once felt like there was a casino on site, it's quite and luxurious will definitely be returning 😀😀

What a treat 

Despite many criticisms, the services are still not improved and the priority and still to serve the rich Chinese gamblers and other customers are completely neglected. The staff are not motivated at all and only turn around the players to win a few tips.

Still as deplorable

Clean hotel, very nice room (at least for the deluxe version at 65-75$) clean pool, large and very well maintained with music private beach atmosphere in the process of maintenance however reception rather haughty, without any personal room smile that amuses much more than it works the waiters of the restaurant rather young and inexperienced otherwise there is big work more or less noisy not far from the pool (surely an expansion project)

mixed but good stay

The hotel has an improved room with a queen-size bed small, about 20 meters long. The room has a rather somber dark décor. The room has a flat screen TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, safe, slippers, rooms with free Wi-Fi. A good sea of sweetness, an empty beach. To go to the store you need to take a tuk-tuk.
