Arriving in a group of four, they told of us a room for four would cost 35$. A high price but it was late and all hostels nearby were fully booked. They did not even show us into the room, the man lazily waved his hand in the rough direction. Inside we realized the bed was actually two single beds! The sheets were ripped and stained and one had lipstick stains. The bathroom smells of piss and the sink and drains are full of hair and old cotton buds. The mirrors and shower are absolutely dirty that you cannot see properly through the glass. The floor is full of dirt and the surfaces are dusty. The air-conditioning is loud. When I asked about where they expect four people to sleep on two beds, the rude man told me to share the beds or go away. Two of us are a couple so they shared, but I had only just met the other man and so I asked if they would refund me some money and I'd sleep on the ground. After a long discussion where he completely ignored me, he told me to leave and that he would bring something. I got an old smelly mattress but at least it was something. 
Do not go here, it is not worth the money or dealing with such a non-existent customer service.

There are a lot of insects and it bites and very unclean , dirty. 100% don’t recommend this place to stay, walking away from this guesthouse, it is best choice, very very bad guests they house in Sihanoukville

Terrible room with insects and unclean

Stayed here for 5 days.

Rooms a bit worn out but for the price I paid it was ok.

It has a restaurant at the front that gets busy and seems popular with expats.

Right in the hubbub and can get very noisy at night with loud music from other bars in the street until the early hours.

Dirty sheets, disgusting room, no bath towels or carpets when I arrived but socks on the balcony, cotton stems everywhere, used cape behind the bed, not to mention the urine drop on the toilet bowl, no toilet paper... the wifi doesn't work in the room, the remote control doesn't work either... the walls and windows, a disaster.

Worst place in my whole stay in Cambodia, discusting! Seriously revolting! Avoid!!! 
We were three people, so booked 2 rooms, 1 room cost 15 dollars, the other one cost 35 dollar. The 15 dollar room was the worst, i seriously found blood on the sheet, like in a bad movie! Also No covers, just the sheet. Felt really disgusting. 
The other room, apparentely they had NOT changed linen from previous, or the one before that, because same thing, stains, papersheets with hair on it as a bonus for the stains. Also the towels, had they ever Been washed at all? Stains, with big ”S”. Also... Extra suprise, frog in the bathroom! Also previous guest toothbrush was in the shelves. 
Drinking glass in the bathroom was used, also some residue of white powderystuff on the tray the glass stod on. I dont even wanna know what that was. 

Avoid at all cost, even Sleeping on the beach is better and probably less hazardouz. This is why i took my shots for hep A+B before coming abroad. Ew.

Worst place ever!

Me and my friend spent a night on this hostel and it was awfull, the bathroom was disgusting, like they never clean it, there's hair in the bathroom sink and in the shower, there's rest of soap from the last customers on the shower, dirt everywhere and then the water don't evacuate properly. And to top it all, the staff was unfriendly. So avoid this place !

To avoid

I've spent 5 nights in this guesthouse and if you don't want much I'd recommend it. 8 euro rooms with ventilator and fresh water...for cleaning I'd recommend that you do them otherwise they'll never get into your room. Cheerful and kind staff especially the one at the restaurant. They eat well enough. Great location very close to the beach. Just 5 minutes on foot. If you want to visit a beach without garbage I recommend you go to Sokha beach which is to the right of Serendtpy beach, there is a path that will get you there in 20 minutes.

Good guesthouse, superior to others.

The structure is located in a busy area, it is in very different conditions, it is characteristic even if not very new, a large hall/terrace which functions as a restaurant/brewery at reasonable prices.

Personal judgment

The hotel is simple and clean, the view overlooks a wall with barbecues.The staff is very unpleasant which makes it really difficult to go back there,personally lies for us more NEVER!I'd rather go somewhere else more pleasant,even if I have to pay a little more.

Good bed

Hotel quite right! Choose the rooms in the new building and if possible on the back, the bathroom is with a separate shower, which is quite rare, the towels are changed every day, the bar offers a very cool beer at 50 cents The room is priced at 12 dollars with fan, beware prices are skyrocketing on Chinese New Year's Eve even if you've already been there before!!!! Well located near many small restaurants and not far from the beach!!
